Came in here to get out of the rain! Perfect spot! The gal working behind the counter was super friendly! Ordered a caramel macchiato and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. She was friendly and quick! :)

Food is decent but the customer service blows. Brian was very rude and had an attitude. There were boxes piled up all over the place. I’ll keep going to Starbucks where they actually act like professionals.

The staff guy was extremely quick/efficient, but a little rude. At any rate, the Smores Hot Cocoa was amazing and the donuts tasted great. I got a dozen and a half, so I had a huge assortment of flavors. Much better than Dunkin Donuts in Houston.

I go here multiple times a week. Staff is friendly and remembers you. It’s not a full size location but when the line is long they move it along quickly. Occasionally out of product.

Stopped by before comic con, and got a fast Chi Latte and some donut holes. was disappointed they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches at this location, or that the frappé machine was down. Probably would have given them more stars but when you cant provide everything and don’t have a sign up saying that a machine is down, its frustrating. Maybe next time will be difrent.

I’m from California, I am just so excited to see a Dunkin’ Donuts near my hotel. Stayed in Nashville for four days, went to Dunkin’ Donuts 4 times. Each time I got a small iced latte, it’s been consistent and have been very happy.

I agree with a previous reviewer. I would give this Dunkin Donuts NEGATIVE stars if possible. My family and I are staying at the Omni Hotel across the street and wanted some coffee. Keep in mind, we came in earlier today for breakfast and everything was fine. Walked in around 2:30 — 3:00pm on Thursday, April 10th and it was empty. We were not greeted. Ok, that’s fine. But as we ordered, we still did not feel welcome. The woman cashier with star tattoos on her face was short in response and extremely rude. She whispered something to her manager, possibly about us. My mom spoke to the manager on duty and he could not look her in the eye. My mom never curses but she informed the manager that she was a B*tch! That’s how bad it was. My sister also tried to speak with the manager but he seemed uninterested and unresponsive, also avoiding eye contact. As we waited for our drinks, two Caucasian males walked in and she changed her tone and mood drastically. She greeted them and made small talk. I’m sorry, but this whole situation made us feel as if she was racist! We are Filipino and can only conclude this is why we did not receive better service. What a shame. Very distasteful experience. And if you work at this location and are reading this, we have made a complaint with corporate. Have a great day!

This location just opened a few weeks ago, and I visit it at least once a week. It’s not a full service location – it only has beverages and bakery items(not sandwiches, etc.). But my experiences so far have been great. The doughnuts and coffee are really good – consistent with what I expect from the brand, and the staff has been very friendly. I used a coupon on a recent visit, and the employee who served me told me about the smartphone app which has coupons and the Perks loyalty program. To the guy who gave this location one star – based on your own account, it sounds like you went into the store ready to pick a fight. Businesses sometimes get in a jam and need some change and can’t get to a bank right away. «Buying» change means equal exchange to most people. I certainly wouldn’t have assumed otherwise. There’s such a thing as doing something nice for someone without expecting anything in return. Maybe you’d have gotten a free doughnut out of the deal, but if not, so what – you helped someone out. Then maybe you’d have left feeling good about yourself instead of going straight to Unilocal to get revenge on the staff and management.

Wish I could give it negative stars, because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in, and I noted a sign that said, «We would love to buy $ 1 bills from you.» To me, that sounds like they’re willing to make a deal to get singles. So, when I got there, they coldly told me it was just exchange. Why the heck should I care about a business’s cash needs? I asked for two powdered, and they coldly informed me that they didn’t have plain powdered. At 10am! No plain powdered. Irritated, I took a picture of the sign. Notwithstanding the freedom to take a picture of a public restaurant, I only took a picture of the sign in question. I took only one picture, and I still have it a few weeks later. The cold-blooded girl behind the counter squealed to the manager that I took their pictures, which I didn’t, and I said calmly that I only took a picture with the sign. When the manager turned to me, he was even more hostile than the ogre behind the counter, and for a minute I thought he was going to be violent. After explaining that I was disappointed with the sign, he was very cold to me and demanded to know what I expected. I said that I was not expected a bare exchange, based on the sign at the counter, and when he straightened up in anger, I just decided to leave. He then«invited» me to not come back, which he made very easy for me to comply with. Not good at all. Avoid at all costs.
