My husband and I shop on auction day and the items we buy are great. We love to refinish old furniture and antiques and invariably we find a treasure. Even though we prefer old furniture, newer pieces can be found for great prices. Auction day is the time to shop. There is literally anything you want if you keep coming back and be patient. If you have come and not found what you want, I recommend that you give this place another chance.

Real antiques cost money and this a real antique store, no price tags but an extremely friendly store keeper who explained how the shop works and when the next auctions would be. We saw some lovely things, and if you can afford around 500 and up then you can pick up some nice stuff.

No price tags usually means one thing: Way too friggen much. The people were nice enough. A man said hello and explained the store to us when we first entered. The items didn’t have price tags, but inventory numbers. If you want the price on something, come and give him the number. I wasn’t exactly blown away by anything in there. I suppose that’s a good thing because anything that needs an inventory number is out there.

If you’re into antiques and have lots of money lying around, Dealer’s Choice is the place for you. Even though it was probably pretty obvious that I couldn’t afford a thing in the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything while I was wandering around. The store is made up of two large rooms, and kind of feels like warehouse inside. They have antique upholstered chairs, framed paintings, busts, porcelain and glass knick knacks, wooden dressers and tables, a thick stack of oriental rugs, and lamps. It seems like they’re pretty picky about the items they have for sale, and everything seemed to be in great condition. It better be — the price tag on the au natural tree trunk table, one of the more rustic and simple items in the store, read $ 3,000.
