What a terrible company. They do not answer to the phone, when you fill the form on line, it takes for ever to contact you and they just send by Email a date and an hour. And the best: they did not show up the day they were supposed to come.

They never answer their phones, then their VM is full and you can’t leave a message, then they redirect you to their website to fill out a form to schedule, then they e-mail you, and then they tell you they aren’t taking any Groupons(this was purchased in Oct) until at least January. When contacted to schedule for January, I was told I should just get a refund because that was«way to far» in advance to schedule. Stay away! Seems like a scam!

I emailed the company and submitted an online form for an estimate and I received a response back the very next day. I replied and mentioned that I had a Groupon and asked what services were included with the Groupon and what would be additional. I didn’t receive a response until 3 weeks later. And the response began by letting me know that the Groupon expired and that the regular prices were… Horrible way to do business. I am very disappointed and will be finding a different company for my cleaning.

I bought the Groupon and scheduled the cleaning a few weeks out. I emailed the company the day before to confirm and received no response. I emailed and called morning of and still received no response. They never showed up and never called/emailed me back. Groupon is refunding me.
