Carlos arrived exactly when he said he would. He rekeyed all the locks, made new keys, repaired a lock, and adjusted an old latch. He was pleasant, professional, and made sure everything worked properly. I’m glad I called him, and would certainly do so again.

The service by Carlos Locksmith exceeded my expectations. I called yesterday afternoon, and he said he could definitely come this evening. He communicated that he was running a few minutes late, which I greatly appreciated. The actual lock-​changing process took only 20 minutes. He verified with me that it looked okay; (my door is slightly crooked, and he wanted to make sure I was happy with how the lock was lined up. He processed my credit card payment quickly, and he gave me four key copies, as I requested. I was extremely satisfied with his service, and will be using Carlos again! I will also highly recommend him to my friends.

I lost my car key and called the dealership who said I would have to tow my car in as it had a chip in it and was laser cut. Then I called other locksmiths who could not help but referred me to Carlos Locksmith. He came out promptly and was able to replace my key within the hour. Very friendly and even worked in the pouring rain.
