Capital View Pawn Store

Everyone in the store was rude. They didn’t want to buy the merchandise which is fine. They then proceeded to throw it away because they weren’t interested. When I called to talk to the manager I was hung up on twice. Poor business model.

Great location and good merchandize however, a friend bought a bike from here and when they took it to a local bike shop they found out it was stolen. The guy at the shop pulled the fork and they owners name and phone number was right there in permeant black marker. Luckily he had his receipt from the pawn shop so he did not look guilty. The bike shop called the owner of the bike who had loaned it to someone when it was stolen and told the owner he had reported it to the police. We called the pawn shop and told the guy I had just bought the bike form it was stolen he advised me he would call the owner. When she I think her name was Patty called me back I asked her for a refund and she told me it was not her problem. So buyer beware this shop will not help you if there is an issue after they have your money.
