First call, was a pick up and hang up without answering. I figured it could have been a mistake so I called back. Upon answering, I asked if they made repairs on frigidaire freezers. I was told they wouldn’t have a tech available for about 4weeks, then an abrupt disconnect. Needless to say I won’t be calling again, EVER.

My washing machine was making a really horrible noise when I would try to wash a load of clothes. It was a Saturday morning. I tried calling a few other companies but no one was answering. C&C was the only one to return my call, and they returned my call within a couple of minutes. The technician came out the same day. He was able to get here around 2:00, even though they close at 1:00. That shows that they want to help. He knew exactly what the problem was even as soon as he heard the noise and had it fixed within 15 minutes.

These guys are great. Prompt, helpful, knowledgeable. The prices are fair and they are always honest. I have used them several times. I had one occasion where there was a slight mix up and they did not charge me at all. Great service. Call them!

I called these guys on Thursday morning to have a gas range installed. They were able to fit me in before the close of business the same day. I thought they did a fine job and cleaned up after themselves well. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend, at least for the kind of work I had done.
