Burger King

I went to lunch here at about 12:20pm on 01/​15/​2016. This the busiest part of the day for most fast food restaurants, and you would think that the food would at least be warm and somewhat fresh… right? Wrong! My burger was nearly room temperature and the bun was even stale! Also, they gave me what tasted like instant tea that wasn’t even sweet! With all the options that I have in Nashville to eat at I will not go back to BK again!

I visited this location for lunch today and to my delight it has gone through a update on the building. Very nice, but what was even more impressive was the food! Hot and fresh French fries and my special order burger was perfectly made as I requested! I am very picky about my hamburger fixings and frequently encounter rude behavior and ‘rolling eyes’ from the person taking my order when dining out. Not the case here. They are really professional in demeanor and appear to be a well managed group. I got my special order just as fast as any other order!!! Fantastic?! Maybe or maybe not… I couldn’t believe how fast it was and thought they probably didn’t get my order right. To my surprise my order was exactly as I ordered! Kudo’s to this BK on doing it right, keeping it clean, keeping it friendly and exceeding my expectations! This is MY BK hands down going forward!!!

Our cashier was chevon she was very rude and didn’t give me my shake until I was leaving. This Burger King is bad. But what should you expect when you’re in the ghetto. Oh well.

I use to not like this location at all, but I gave it another chance! I am so, so glad that I did!!! The food is always fresh! My schedule always changes so I have visited several times at all different hours and it is always great! Cleanliness and friendliness are important to me and they knock it out of the park every time I visit! They must of made mgt. changes here because it is without a doubt changed to the good!!! Thank you BK! I only wish they would update the 80’s building here and freshen it up! White Castle across the street did and it puts this BK image to shame! But WC can’t even touch the service & food quality at this BK! Take good care of the manager here BK and hire more like this one because they know how to run a business !!! Sincerely a BK Fan!!!

Let it be known, there is a thing called the BK Veggie. In extreme circumstances I have been hungry enough and too tired to go any further than BK to grab one.
I won’t claim to be a rocket surgeon when it comes to Burger Kings, I don’t know what one is supposed to look like, how they’re generally supposed to operate, or what the appeal is of the place, but I’m pretty sure that waiting an average of 7 minutes in a drive through with 3 cars in front and 12 minutes inside with nobody else there is not how this is supposed to go.
Last night, after a day in which I managed to skip 3 meals in a row due to work, commitments, etc, I made my way there on the way back to my house. I’d been in the drive through before and, well, had the same experience I always do — long delay before they take my order, car in front of me ordering $ 15 worth of stuff that takes so long to prepare I turn my car off and just watch the rain on the windshield.
Inside is no better, have walked there a couple of times and just stood around waiting… what I want never seems to be quick, even if it’s just fries.
I mean, I’ve been to a Burger King 11 times in 30 years if I’m not mistaken, I don’t recall any of the other ones taking nearly as long on a regular basis as this one.
Side note, they also have the PayPass /​NFC terminals here, but last time I was in they don’t work and the employees don’t know what they’re there for. So if you’re looking for a place to pay with Google Wallet, which lists this as one on the paypass locator, keep on going.
Mainly though, my complaint here is the wait times… the fast just isn’t there in the fast food. and when I resort to going to a BK, I need something fast.
