Many of these reviews must be for another franchise in the area, because I have only had the best of customer service from this location (South Nashville).
They were prompt, professional and easy to work with, and I would highly suggest them to others, and would use them again in the future as well!

They followed up several times and as soon as I politely replied to let them know we’d gone with someone else they decided to diss the quality of the product we’d ultimately selected. Not a particularly tasteful move, in my opinion. Didn’t offer us nearly as many products/​tilt options/​etc for plantation shutters as the other companies that we got quotes from and the consultants who came to measure weren’t nearly as informed or thorough as Nashville Blinds & Shutters.

Just awful customer service. Typical interaction is me calling to talk to someone, being told they will call me back. A week goes by, repeat the process.

We had Budget Blinds come and put up blinds in our office, and they did an amazing job! They came and measured, gave us a quote, and had our blinds installed about 3 weeks later (due to ordering time for the blinds). They were quick to make a measuring appointment, Jessica was fabulous with the customer service throughout, and our several sets of blinds were up within two hours. Overall, I was very impressed, and we are going to use them again in the near future.
