Avoid! Got some nice Patagonia gear from my parents as a gift for Christmas and needed a smaller size. Drove 45 minutes to this store on December 26 and they refused to exchange it because of not having a gift receipt. The original tags are on it. Not a trustworthy business.

Bink’s is my favorite place to buy clothes in Nashville. Its outdoorsy yet a little preppy. Their selection really speaks to my individual style and they offer most of the brands I’m looking for such as Southern Marsh, Volunteer Traditions, North Face, Patagonia, Yeti Coolers and more. They are a tad bit on the pricey end but priced appropriately for the brands they offer. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful in assisting you in finding anything you are looking for and they’ll check the other stores and order something if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for. I typically try to venture to Bink’s right around the change of the season to take advantage of their awesome close out sales.

Bink’s is tight. It’s small enough to pick up essential clothing of the outside life, but big enough to have a good selection. It’s far more superior to the big box type store in terms of customer service, quality, and simplicity. The customer service seems very important to the staff on my various visits as they are eager to assist and make conversation. The 40% and 50% sales on North Face, Merrell, and more is great news to those trying to save a few bucks.

I was in here a while back, looking for winter clothes for my husband. The first thing that took my attention was the wall of clothes hung so high that you definitely needed help if you wanted to look at any of them. I noticed they had clothes at a high-end outdoor company I used to do accounting work for 15 years ago. When I mentioned it, the sales clerk assumed I knew everything about the products and thus didn’t offer to tell me what I would have asked, if I had the chance. I left thinking that my husband can buy his own clothes if he really needs to.
