Berenice Denton Estate Sales & Appraisals

My review is based on being a customer of the estate sales. I’ve been going to the estate sales in the Nashville area for about a year now. Some of the estate sale companies are great and others have some room for improvement.
I’ve been to the Berenice Denton estate sales a load of times. I’ve been able to find a few times a great prices. I don’t have any issue with how they price their items. I enjoy that they raise the percent off as the sale continues from day to day. I think they could work on organization of the sales a little. A lot of the time it feels like stuff is thrown here and there. Maybe it’s because I come on the busy Saturday mornings and the other people mess up their organization. I’m not sure.
Also, the staff. I’ve seen Berenice Denton at one sale before, she was lovely. As for her staff, I’ve encountered a lot of people who seem like they don’t want to be there, or who are down right rude to customers. I witnessed two of the employees yelling at a customer to «not ask» about a lower price and that the customer was «annoying» them. This happened about 5 months ago, but it still makes me look at the staff in a different way.
Now I have had a coupe of the employees be very friendly, but I’d say that only happens in one out of four sales. Not too impressive.

Berenice Denton can sell anything from the smallest plastic statue to an antique Rolls Royce. Her professionalism is unsurpassed and dedication to detail is her strength. I would most certainly have her and her people represent me again and again.
