My husband and I(along with our son, and my parents) were in a car accident and while our injuries weren’t life-threatening, we did experience severe pain and discomfort. We had visited Action Spine and Joint a few years before for routine chiropractic maintenance and enjoyed our treatment, so we decided to go back for help after our accident… and we’re SO happy that we did! Dr. Bearden and his entire team made us feel welcome and extremely taken care of, both personally and medically. It was so easy to make appointments, we were always greeted with smiles, and the treatment was effective and… for lack of a better word… awesome! Some people might not feel comfortable getting chiropractic treatment, but if you’re experiencing pain, I highly recommend you check them out. Not only do they walk you through everything(they’re very thorough), they care about your well-being and want you to feel better. They check in with you, and make sure they’re doing everything they can to get you feeling your best. The progress my husband and I have made in the last few weeks is outstanding, and I am no longer experiencing migraines from neck and back pain. It’s been a real lifesaver for both my husband and myself. Thank you to Dr. Bearden, Dr. Schanuel, Ferial, Leigh Anne and Jessie for making every visit to your office a pleasure, and thank you so much for taking such great care of us! (Also — they just did a major office remodel, and it looks excellent!)

The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. I have used chiropractic care most of my adult life and would certainly recommend Action Chiropractic to anyone looking.

I went to Action Chiropractic for treatment of a herniated disc in the c5-c6 area of my neck. Little did I know at the time that I would get so much more. It was a few visits before they could actually do a full adjustment due to the inflammation and tightness in my muscles, so we began with decompression therapy, e-stim, and massage. Even from the first visit, I could feel something was different, not the least of which was the reduction of pain. It wasn’t long before my first adjustment was done and immediately I noticed my sinuses had opened up. When I got home, I blew my nose for an hour and since then, I have not had any allergy or sinus medication and my lung capacity seems to have increased. It is like a 10000 pound elephant was lifted from my chest. At the same time, I noticed it is far easier to sing now than before and that my voice(both singing and speaking) has lots more presence and fullness of range. In other words, my speaking voice is deeper and richer and my singing voice range has expanded both high and low. The increased airflow allow me better pitch control and more stamina with regard to holding notes. My throat doesn’t get tired or hoarse during gigs or in the marathon recording sessions I sometimes submit myself to and I am an overall BETTER singer than before chiropractic. As if that weren’t enough, I have long been a «night owl» which is politically correct for insomniac. I have noticed that I get to sleep faster and stay asleep for longer intervals allowing me to get much needed rest. The past few nights, I have slept 6 – 7 hours without waking up. This from 1 – 2 hours before. My mood has improved and I have a more positive outlook. I find my mind is more coherent and A.D.D. symptoms are nowhere near as severe. I wear contacts, but I swear my vision is sharper as if now, I see in High Def. My range of motion has improved and I don’t struggle to get up from a seated position or getting out of my car. I can bend over and tie my shoe and not worry about not being able to get back up. I swear, it is amazing the feeling when you realize you are no longer feeling pain you didn’t even know was there or had gotten used to feeling. This is all done without drugs!!! I could go on and on with the changes I have noticed just in the two weeks I have been going. I am almost completely off of pain meds for my shoulder, only taking maybe some Aleve before bed or something. I think a lot of it also has to do with the fine staff at Action. I swear I feel like part of the family there and look forward to seeing them as much as I look forward to the treatments. They make you feel right at home. They know your name and what you do or what life is like for you and they care about your life and how your pain affects it. They remember things like birthdays or to ask how the gig went this weekend. If ever there is any discomfort during treatment, they immediately stop and either readjust the equipment, or move on to another therapy so that you are always as comfortable as possible. They have a plethora of information available to teach you how the spine relates to the body and controls wellness. Charts that show which vertebrae control what areas of the body. Monitors throughout the office offering dietary and exercise tips and nutritional pointers that help as well. In the event there is something you want to know that is not readily available, all you have to do is ask, and they will tell you anything you want to know. The more you know, the easier it is for you to help them help you. I have learned so much about my body and how to make it work best. I had been to chiropractors before and actually had been to Action before, but I discontinued once I felt better. When another problem appeared, however, the first call I made was to Action. I am feeling better and smart enough to know that if I want to stay feeling better, I need to continue going and this time I WILL!!! Check Action Chiropractic out. If nothing else, you will dig the music they play in there… everything from Foreigner to Dave Matthews to Allman Brothers. You never know what you will hear, but ITWILLBEGOOD!

Casey and his team are awesome. Every single time myself or a member of my family had an issue they took great care of us. Dr. Casey has never been too aggressive in his approach and it makes me trust him with my back:).

The staff is great. They really care about your well being. Getting an appt was easy. Payment wasn’t too extreme. BUT… They’re closed on Saturday’s. On their business card is an emergency number. I phoned the emergency number one Saturday morning and then waited for a call back. and waited. and waited. and waited. and waited. Three weeks later, I received a phone call from them telling me to come in for a follow up visit. I also received a letter from them, the same day, telling me to come in for a follow up visit. Now I ask all of you, would you call and make an appt for a follow up visit when they never returned your call on a Saturday morning to the emergency number? And since most people are off on Saturday, would you go to a Chiropractor that isn’t open on Saturdays? nuff said.
