I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They overcharge, as you can see from a lot of other reviews. They charge the same price for a 2, or 3 combo plate as they do for one with 4. Pay attention when they ring you up. I confronted the man and he just reiterated that a 4 combo plate was $ 4.99. I said yes but I have«3» written on my Styrofoam container. He rushed me off and didn’t say much else. I told everyone in line that he rips people off and to be careful. This wasn’t the first time it has happened to me, but this is the first time I’ve tried to confront him about it. Also, their sales tax doesn’t match up. I hope they get shut down. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Great Place to eat at in the mall. It was only 4.99 for 4 item and you get a whole plate full of food I didn’t even finish it and had it take it home.

Terrible! The is by far the worst mall Chinese food within the Pheasant Lane! They serve a variety of food ranging from BBQ spare ribs, honey chicken, fried shrimp, string beans, chicken stir fry etc etc. But sadly, they ALL taste the same, GREASY! GREASYGREASYGREASY! By far the GREASIEST of all the mall Chinese foods. The fried rice was very bland, the lo mein was also tasteless and were very soggy(due to the grease) The Crab rangoons were very thin with barely any filling, the plate I was was given had, I kid you not, about HALFANINCH worth of grease just milling around my food. I honestly could not differentiate one thing from another because they all just tasted the same. For the same price that you’re paying for Wok Usa, you can easily get the same amount of BETTER food for the same price somewhere nearby. I would of given Wok USA just one star BUT, I must say the server behind the counter, I think his name was Shawn, was VERY enthusiastic when it came to selling. Very happy, had a very big smile on his face, talked about how great the food was and how great a deal they were having. I applaud him for being such a great salesman. If they could just work on the food more and have Shawn working up front. Wok USA could possibly be a much better stop for Chinese.

Everytime I go to the mall I always stop here. The guy behind the counter, his name is Shawn he is really nice and a great salesman. For the price you can’t beat it the food is a bit on the greasy side but all these places are. Everything tastes good.

I don’t want to write bad about any restaraunt but these guys really suck. I’ve eaten in every restaraunt in the mall but yesterday I had the worst experience ever. for $ 3.49 you get 4 choices and its an amazing deal, however the guy with the toothpicked chicken was very pushy. I kept telling him I want to think about what I want to eat but he was telling me its a special only for today and their food is better than the other places, which I find misleading. I agree with the guy above that their food is a whole lot more greasy than other chinese places. Last time they gave me chicken that tasted like pure oil. I might have gave then another chance but for me to support liars and dishonest business practices is not my deal. Plus I don’t think the food is healthy enough to feed to the general public. I’ll only go back if they use less oil and stop pushing people to buy buy buy. :(

Prices in 2016(Identical with Texas BBQ): Any 2 entrees with fried rice or noodles($ 3.99) Any 3 entrees with fried rice or noodles($ 4.39) Any 4 entrees with fried rice or noodles($ 4.99) Over the weekend, I was shopping at the mall and wanted a quick bite to eat. Of course the sample peeps were out in full force in front of the Chinese place & Texas BBQ place(really similar type food places) and Japanese place handing out bits of chicken on toothpicks to lure you in to buy a meal from them. The Chinese place(Wok USA) was offering Any 4 Items for only $ 3.99, which I thought was a pretty good deal! They let me choose from noodles pretending to be lo mein or fried rice, then any 3 more items(meat dishes or vegetables). I didn’t buy a drink since I had bottled water already and the guy said $ 4.35(should be $ 4.31 after 8 percent tax) for the food. I give exact change and sit down to eat nearby. The food was laden in too much grease and oils and the chicken & mushrooms tasted nasty. The potatoes would’ve been decent if not drenched in oil and the noodles were just firm greasy noodles and nothing else. Heck, it’s only mall food court quality Chinese food, sitting around, all ready to serve and eat. I much prefer to go to a regular Chinese takeout outside of the mall and have the food freshly prepared to order.
