I primarily train at Tokyo Joes in Salisbury because it’s closer to my home, but I have taken instructional classes in Nashua with Grandmaster Lamattina. I have a great deal of respect for Grandmaster and out of all of the instructors I have ever worked with he has a very special and unique way of motivating and inspiring people to be the best they can be. I am a little older than most students and have my limitations, but he gave me great motivation and confidence to continue. My children both are black belts in the Tokyo Joes system and they each love to meet Grandmaster and receive instruction from him whenever possible. The instructional course he gave me has helped me more in my day to day life than on the mats. It has helped me become a better manager at work and has inspired me to achieve new goals in my life that I would not have thought possible in the past. The new dojo in Nashua looks great. It’s in an industrial park and is newly renovated. The atmosphere is excellent and the people there are very friendly. If you train with Grandmaster you will not be disappointed.

This place is fantastic. The instructors are encouraging and the atmosphere is wonderful. For $ 99 I received a gi, a t-shirt, unlimited classes for karate, tai chi, and kickboxing, and unlimited use of the dojo during non-class times. That’s more than a fair price! There’s a 6 month contract, or 2 years if you sign up for the black belt club when you become more advanced, but you’re able to get out of the contract if need be with a 60 day cancellation. If I didn’t move far from the studio(and its other locations), I would never have left. It’s a positive environment for body and mind for both adults and children alike.

Top notch martial arts here. Can not say enough about the school.
