I’m sorry but I went to a different provider. That has better service. Reception. No drop calls. So I recently cancelled my phone service with Sprint they charge me to cancellation fees two separate months. I’m sorry but I’m not happy with Sprint. And I went to pay my supposedly Bill of 260 dollars + change they told me that my bill was zero doubt and I’m not going to get a bill. Lo and behold a bill came in at $ 157 so I called. They said I have to pay the hundred fifty seven or goes to collections and goes on my credit. I’m sorry but this is not good business if you cancel import /your phone numbers. You should only get one final bill 1 cancellation not two separate cancellations for separate phone numbers they were ported at the same time. This is not the only thing on why I changed cell phone providers. I change my cell phone provider because I kept getting charges on top of charges because of the charges and I wasn’t doing anything to my account to make these changes for these extra charges

The staff here are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The parking is horrible and there is usually a huge crowd to deal with so it might be a good idea to call ahead just to be safe.

Horrible customer service from a corporate store. I went in for an upgrade and the experience was ruined when the woman looked at me completely uninterested in my dilemma of being on a corporate account and said, «I’ll put your name in and you can tell them your issue. «so I wasted 30 minutes in the store to talk to an employee who noticed right away that it was an employee line and advised that manager had to put their code in so that they can upgrade the phone. The manager then says,“ummm I think it needs to be done online or on the phone.» Didn’t give the number, didnt give the site, heck he didn’t even try to do anything. Just a simple«I think I can’t do it.» If I did that in a sales job, I’m pretty sure I’d get pulled into an office. Retrain them all please

Myself and the missus went shopping for a new phone and a plan yesterday. We had already decided what plan and phones we wanted before getting there. Our sales associate was called Maylay(or something similar, sorry i dont remember your name). He gave us so many discounts and free shit i was starting to feel guilty by the end. Doesnt that affect your commission? He transferred our old numbers to the new phone and guided us through working our new fancy shmancy smartphones. I would recommend this guy to anyone whos changing from the older phones to a smartphone and doesnt really have a clue what they’re doing like us.
