Moved to the area from Boston and began the process of finding a reputable dentist after being without dental insurance for years and years.
No major dental problems (knock wood), just needed old fillings replaced one crown and a good regimen of dental cleanings. Registered as a patient here because the lead dentist had so many certifications, accreditations and associations. Clean office, very friendly staff and newish equipment. Unfortunately, the prices are some of the highest around. They start you off with a questionnaire about what you would love to change about your smile. Later on, once you become an established patient, the hard sell on your wish list commences…
On several occasions the dentist actually made me feel guilty about waiting before doing a pricey procedures (a cap that was like $ 1400, deductible was $ 650 and I wanted to save up for that). He would constantly ask why I would put something off and not just take care of it immediately. Saying things like «Isn’t your health worth it?» Honestly?! Must be nice to make enough money to not need insurance or any financial help. And this from an office that didn’t offer any financing for some of their more expensive procedures! I also found the doctor to be a real opponent of the Affordable Care Act, and doesn’t really believe in dental insurance at all. Seriously?! More cash money for him I guess. Well, I had enough of that.
If you’re looking for a dentist with a pricey procedure list, located in a Nashua backwater location (a garrison home converted into a mini office building), who is mostly out of touch with the way that the majority of Americans live, then this is your guy! If you’ve ever had to juggle bills and go without certain things at times just to get by, then this dentist might not be the best fit. Dr. Scott Bobbitt is an excellent dentist.
He and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
I have been a patient there for many, many years along with my husband, children and now my grandchildren. We could not be happier.
We owe our healthy gums and bright white smile to Dr. Bobbitt and his great staff.

Dr Bobbitt is certainly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is very thorough, cares about the long term health of your teeth, and even calls you at night after you’ve had work done to make sure everything is going well. I’m moving out of the area, but will try my hardest to keep him as my dentist for as long as possible. My teeth have never looked so good and been so healthy.

I’ve now been going here for over 5 years. I live 45 minutes away and my new dental insurance places him out of network but I won’t even consider switching.
