Panera is a solid soup and salad place. Haven’t got anything that was disappointing and they change up the menu enough to make it interesting.

The food here is good. However, you don’t always get what you pay for. That means if they don’t forget your bread they will forget your pickle. The last 5 times I have visited this P.B. they have forgotten my pickle. They even once forgot the meat in my sandwich. Weird right? Anyway, always check the contents of your bag before leaving & use the order online feature because the lines there are like the lines at the DMV.

I used to love panera but in the last few years I’ve noticed that the food and service just keeps getting worse and worse.

Love Paneras but this place is slow in the morning. Don’t come here in a rush. Friendly and helpful but slow. Parking here sucks too.

I got the Italian sand which with steak, salami, ham tomatoes and pickles. When I got the sand which the slice of steak barely covered a quarter of the sand which. I brought it up to ask for another slice and they said it was right. 12.50 for a 50¢ steak end on it.

Surprisingly disappointed by my first visit to this location. I visit Panera often to get some work done while enjoying consistently good quick-service food with some healthy options. Today, not so much. Asked for a toasted bagel, it must have been on the lightest setting because it was chewy and cold. Said I was eating in, receipt says I was eating in, but I was given my bagel in a plain paper bag and moved along(the line was almost out the door). Also there do not appear to be any power outlets for guests. They were very busy but I’m still surprised, I’ve always had good experiences at Panera.

Please make your turkey/cranberry flatbread sandwich with as much turkey as the«in store» photo ad and ad on TV. We had a scant amount of turkey and bowl of squash soup needed another ladle full. We love the atmosphere and food in general.

This is a great Panera! The food is delicious and prepared quickly. My cashier Kathy was so nice and patient and really went above and beyond. This isn’t the kind of service you expect from most chains. I’ll definitely be a frequent customer here.

Terrible customer service! Tried to call to order food for a pickup and was put on hold for over 5 min. Had my boyfriend call and he finally was able to place an order but was told it would be 20 min. When I got there to pick up my order the girl was rude and said she had been the one who had put me on hold and couldn’t get back to the phone… no apologies… apparently phone orders are not accommodated here and customer service is not a priority! Will not go to this Panera again

Great spot for the early AM cup of coffee(non-barista) and pastry. Most Box establishment have a pretty predictable and dependable formula and Panera(aka St. Louis Bread Company) is no exception. That said and it being Box the people were very friendly and we’re lovely company to help welcome the start of my day!

Can’t give this one more than 2 stars. First, our order was made incorrectly. Second, the sandwich fillings were minimal, not generous at all. Third, the lettuce in the sandwiches was way past prime and should have been replaced with fresher fare. We ended up pulling it out and throwing it away. More attention to detail, people! Not favorably impressed with this place.

Absolutely my favorite spot for coffee and pastry, or bagels. Always a great place to meet a friend. They have some really good, reasonably priced meals, and I’ve eaten some of their vegetarian options here with family.

Sorry– I usually enjoy Panera– but this turkey sandwich looked and tasted like something the poor kid at school would have brown-bagged for lunch. Slimy, processed, buttmeat coldcuts, one flimsy piece of lettuce and a couple of floppy tomato slices on white bread. Even the apple was bruised. The best part of the meal was the bottled water. Thanks Poland Spring! Try harder. This meal was a crime.

Pick 2 for 6.99. Corn chowder and ½ sierra turkey sandwich definite winner. Such a great venue for a quick, satisfying, nutritous meal. Then, you can better justify the sweets they offer!

It was a cold and snowy Saturday(12÷1÷2012) and I headed out for a stroll. I had a specific destination in mind. You guessed it, Panera Bread. They were busy. I had the french onion soup. Delicious! It was accompanied with a hunk of bread. Yum! The staff was busy cleaning up tables, chatting to customers and even checking the restrooms. Impressive!

Waited in line for 15 mins. Place looked filthy. Finally got to order my turkey club. It was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. Turkey was slimy, flavorless and cut super thick. The lettuce was dripping with water and made the bread soggy. The cheese barely covered one half the sand which. The tomatoe was mushy and flavorless. On top of that it was thrown together carelessly and falling apart on the plate… I had to reconstruct the whole thing at my table, looked like a 2 year old made it. And for this joy of a meal they charged me $ 9…thanks. Avoid this place. better off anywhere else on the D.W. strip of chain garbage.

Not all Paneras are created equal and this is definitely one of the better ones. They are typically very good quality. The baked potato soup is my favorite! I’ve had some bad experiences at other ones; more than I’d care to mention. But this one keeps me coming back. The manager is doing something right here.

We were in Nashua NH, and needed a quick but good dinner at around 7pm on a weeknight… I was starving. Usually, Panera Bread is pretty consistent with their offerings, but not wanting take a chance, we ordered the thing they had on their board in the biggest picture, presumably, their specialty/featured meal, the thai chicken salad. I sat down to eat it, and after rifling through most of the lettuce, I discovered the chicken was FROZEN! They must’ve grabbed their evenly portioned cup of chicken from the back of the refrigerator. What a bust. Did I say anything? No, I was halfway through the lettuce, and after a long day, I was too tired to argue with them or wait for something else. This was the only Panera I have been to in NH… haven’t had this issue with the Mass ones.

As far as chains go, Panera Bread is convenient for a good, hot, and filling meal after a five hour drive from New York City. Harkening back to my time spent at the Panera in Enfield, CT during my college days, there is something nostalgic and comforting to me about their French Onion Soup. It’s so rich, the portion size is excellent, and the side of bread served with it is always the perfect addition. This location was set in an odd shopping plaza, but convenient enough to get to. Though fairly crowded, I got my lunch in less than four minutes. Good turnaround! I did appreciate the large windows and expansive eating space, and props to the«bar» area with a strip of power outlets. After a mini-road trip, my iPhone and I were both in need of lunch. Heheh.

Its a chain, so yes they are all pretty much the same. Im writing this though to warn you about the lobster sandwich — for 17bucks I thought it would be decent. err, wrong answer. Lobster meat is pretty poor quality– lots of claw tips not sweet at all. Also, the bread is not toasted. All in all pretty bad for the money. Stick with a standard NE lobster role. You will be much happier!
