This place was bustling with people when I went in. It’s kinda dark and very«college reminiscent» a down and dirty sandwich shop. So don’t expect ambiance and you’ll be good. They have good quality meats in the deli case so you know you’re getting a high quality freshly cut sandwich. there was only 2 people making sandwiches and taking orders so it did take about 10 minutes or so to get my sandwich. Quite a tasty sandwich and if I was in the neighborhood I’d definitely stop in and try another sandwich as they had so many great sounding sandwiches it made it hard to choose.

Solid lunch spot with creative sandwiches, wraps and paninis. If they don’t have what you’re looking for you can create your own. It’s a no frills, and yes, dusty hole in the wall kind of place with local and New England sports memorabilia covering every inch of the place. Add a better than average beer selection and sports playing on several tvs throughout the joint and you have the perfect spot for lunch, Nashua Garden.

Dear Unilocal, Had my first sandwich from Nashua Garden tonight, found it to be superbly satisfiable. Bread was soft, meat was plentiful, spicy mustard added just the right amount of kick. I would recommend this deli to anyone, except for the people who gave it just 1 star. These people clearly are insane, and do not know a great sandwich even when it has hit them on the lips. In regards to those who rated this fine establishment anything less than a 5 due to the conditions of the bathrooms, I would like to say that my opinion of you is as high as your’s of the lack of bathroom sanitation. In summary, sandwich was life changing. P. S. Cheers to the half off Sculpin brew, the perfect pallet cleansing addition to the explosion of flavor and deliciousness that was my custom Garden classic. Dear Unilocal

Great beer selection. The place isn’t the best looking– ripped seats, awkward payout but great spot to grab a few beers. Didn’t eat but heard they have amazing subs.

How every review of this joint isn’t 5 star is beyond me. Thee best sandwiches in New England, hands down. The bread is killer! They get fresh deliveries daily from an Italian bakery in Boston. I live out of town and plan my trips to Nashua around Nashua Garden(sadly I’m now kidding). The triple play with mayo is amazing. You could put mud on their sandwich bread and it’d be delicious.

I love this place. Such a simple concept & so great to get a sandwich, beer & socialize the way it was intended to be! Catch a game and if all the tables are taken when you walk in, just roll on upstairs!

Great sandwiches, Boar’s head meat, cheeses, fresh ingredients! All sandwiches named after sports references. Try the Blazing Brady! Popular bar also with local sports memorabilia. Good beer selection.

Went here for the first time yesterday after reading great reviews. It’s definitely a place worth checking out. All the sports memorabilia on the walls is really cool. Sandwiches were good too, I’d give them a solid A-. They did not knock my socks off but they were tasty and at a good price. You could get a footlong elsewhere for the same price as a sandwich here. The beer was a plus, too. Wish they had some kind of sampler. Go check this place out! Green sign with a clover.

Great selection of beers on tap and in bottles. There are even two different types of Omission, a gluten free beer. The bar has a good sized menu with good sized portions to go along with it. There are also vegetarian options that sounded delicious. This bar is a little cramped for large groups of people but it is great for small groups.

Awesome sandwiches. Best in town! Fun atmosphere. Especially if a game is on. Great beer selection. This rating is just for the sandwiches and not the bar scene. If you go late on a weekend you might wait in a long line as they try to accommodate all the bar folk looking for a snack. There’s a line for a reason — it’s good. Cleanliness etc, well it’s a bar/sandwich shop… Use the bathroom before leaving your house. Then enjoy your sandwich & beverage.

Nashua Garden is an okay place to go for a sandwich and a beer. I have eaten there many times. PROS: –Love the sports décor –The sandwiches are tasty and fresh –There is a good beer selection CONS: –Staff are not very attentive –The place sometimes is too packed and busy. Too hard to get served –Could be cleaner/kept up better Overall, it isn’t a bad place. But I think it is a tad overrated. But I would recommend it.

Fun little place in DT Nashua. This was my first visit and they offer $ 1.50 drafts after 8pm on Wednesdays. YESPLEASE!!! They have a fun seating area with swinging ski lifts upstairs. Good DJ, affordable drinks. Yeah, I’ll be back.

I really had to do a double take looking at the rating for this place. Are people high? We at first thought it was an Asian restaurant because of the name. After wandering in we realized it’s a deli/sandwich shop with a poor beer selection. The tables andf chairs were falling apart. Before ordering I stopped in the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever been in. Dusty, old framed sports photos lined the walls and bumper stickers were in the urinals. The stall featured various limericks and congratulatory notes to a girl named Nicole on the high quality of the oral sex she had performed there. We didn’t order anything and left immediately, never to return. Other reviews say this place is a «local bar» to excuse the awful quality. That’s BS. There is the worn in quality of a local bar and then there’s just a trashy, filthy dive. This is the latter. Avoid like the plague.

A classic sports bar serving made to order deli sandwiches. Excellent combos of Boars Head meats and cheeses on fresh soft sandwiches bread. Space is worn, with broken down tables chairs and booths, which serve to add to the atmosphere. But beware the wobbly tables, keep an eye on your beverage. Biggest drawback is the limited space at the bar /counter. For newbies the queue formation is not obvious.(it forms to the right btw) But the lack of signage and general assumption of understanding simply enforces the towny nature of this gem. Haven’t braved during a local game, suspect it’s quite crowded, even with the upstairs bar. I prefer a lunch time visit.

Living in Manchester, I will suddenly find myself planning errands to Nashua just to have an excuse to hit the Garden. Their sandwiches, all named after Boston sports heroes, are amazing. The bread is from a local bakery and delivered daily and the meats are all Boars Head. My go-to sandwich is the Big Poppy: turkey, pepperoni, and muenster cheese. The sandwich is then put in the pannini press that must infuse something addictive into the bread. Plus, with«no crap on tap», the beer selection gives you plenty of selection to pair with your sandwich.

What a cool place in Nashua to grab a beer and mingle with the locals. Wednesday night is «beat the clock» night where all draught beers(except Guinness) start at $ 1.00 and go up $ 0.50 every half hour until they reach $ 2.00, which is a deal in itself. They have quite a few taps so your selection is not limited. Hungry? Run downstairs and grab a sandwich from their deli counter or just stay upstairs, enjoy a beer, play some shuffleboard, gaze at the sports nostalgia and mingle with the college locals.

Facts: there was no soap in the ladies room at the start of a shift. The dust and grime on the floor was thick. The bread was stale. The meat and vegetables were good on my sandwich although I was distracted by the likely dirty hands that prepped my food. Correction, sandwich makers wore gloves…
