Nashua Family Dentistry – Dr. James Kiehl

I’ve been a patient at Nashua Family Dentistry for years. They have always taken good care of me and my teeth. I moved away a few years ago and I recently was back in Nashua for business and a crown came loose. They saw me the next morning and took care of it. Dr Kiehl, Patti, Jenn, and the rest of the staff are great.
As for comments about «upselling» features, the only thing that was ever offered to me over the years was the electric toothbrush. Actually, if you look around the web, you’ll see that those electric toothbrushes actually make a difference (perhaps by making you brush longer as well). I never felt pressured into anything at all. My new dentist in Kentucky also asked if I was using an electric toothbrush. It is an industry-​wide push for better dental care.

We were looking for a dentist that accepted our insurance and found this place. So made appts for the kids first.
We were very impressed when we first arrived the staff was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the office. It had all the bells and whistles brand new fancy equipment and even ipads in the waiting room. They were able to «fit me in» after my son for a cleaning.
Well, unfortunately things are sometimes not what they seem. This place will try and sell u on all sorts of unneccesary dental procedures and even try and sell u an expensive electric toothbrush. Unbelievable! I was totally put off by that and expect a level of honesty from healthcare. But instead felt like I had been accosted by a snake oil salesman.
They give u a nice bag of treats upon leaving as well. Water bottle & DD gift card. Plus they give u as most dentists offices a new manuel toothbrush and floss.
How about insead of all the bells and whistles and fancy giftbags, u give some honest service and try not to recommend unneccessary expensive procedures. Needless, to say we wont be back. I will fnd someone who is honest.
Beware of the snake oil salesman if u are looking for a family dentist.
