This store is very clean with name brand furniture all brand new! I have driven by many times and thought it was used furniture. It looks small from the outside but looks are deceiving for you will find a great selection of couches, sectionals, chairs, bedroom furniture, full kitchen tables and hutches and more. These are name brands as well such as Lane and Serta. Mark was very accommodating to my elderly father and worked hard to deliver his chair the very next day and for a low delivery price of $ 20. What has made me really want to write this review is how Mark(or whomever did the delivery) took out my dad’s old, dilapidated chair out of the goodness of his heart. You won’t find this service and amazing prices anywhere else. They have been in Nashua for many, many years which tells me this store has made many other people happy to do business with him.

I ordered a beautiful queen bedroom set. I paid extra money to have it delivered and set up. They sent 2 delivery men, one who was injured and could not help. When I contacted the owner to help out he gave me an attitude. He said«I have to be in 3 places at once». He drove to my house and noticed me helping so he left. When I called him back he gave me more attitude. I am in the business of servicing customers and this is no way to treat your customers. The owner needs a wake up call to inform him that the customers should not be treated like dirt. I encourage everyone to go someone where else to buy furniture it is not worth being treated like dirt.

I get all my furniture here and I don’t even live in the area. It’s good Quality, Cheap, and the service is friendly with a mom-pop feel. I love this place and suggest it to all my friends. I was even able to wrok out a payment arrangement when I bought my very first livingroom set here :)

I’m a repeat customer of Mark’s. Which seems to be noteworthy — how often do you buy furniture? I purchased a queen pillowtop mattress first. I was greeted by Mark’s mother who was very polite, not pushy at all, and encouraged me to hop on the display models and see how the beds felt. The prices were reasonable and I got a great deal on the bed I bought. My next purchase from Mark’s was a sofa and love seat. I had these delivered and Mark scheduled the delivery outside of his usual delivery times to accommodate my work schedule. The guys who delivered them were prompt and didn’t give any indication that they disliked the later-than-usual delivery. They were quick and didn’t seem to be nosy about my home(I’ve had this be an issue in the past with other companies).

One of the delivery men smells strongly of cigarettes(enough to make our bedroom smell of it when he’s left), and has talked about smoking weed while in our apartment delivering a bed. The woman in the show room essentially told us we are fat and sounds condescending on the phone whenever she calls. So far deliveries have been prompt and very efficient though, which is a small plus. We bought a mattress in December and were very happy with it until 4 months later when the springs on one side started to give out/sag. We bought the bed after being told that that specific model would hold up better. We went to the store and the manager got a new one out to us that very afternoon! The new mattress, while looking exactly the same and having the same tags, is NOT the same. We had a plush and this is VERY firm. We are aching from this new bed. The manger came to our house and checked out the bed, and confirmed that the tags were right. He suggested replacing it with a new one of the same model, and we agreed as he said it was probably a factory mislabel. BUT the newest bed is still very firm. The manager insists the floor model is the plush only in a different size, but we can obviously feel the difference between the floor model that we like and the delivered bed that we hate. He was snippy on the phone this time and said we would have to come in and pick something else out since we aren’t happy, but that there is «nothing wrong with the bed.» Added: We are getting yet another bed from them, and hope it solves the issue! I think the problem is with the mattress company, and Mark’s Furniture is just trying to be diplomatic about it.
