Just Coffee Plus

I have been going to Just Coffee Plus on Northeastern BLVD in Nashua for the better part of two years. He’s got a breakfast trailer in the lot of Wizard Cycle across from Dynamic Strengh.
The coffee is incredibly good. Normally I’m a sugar and cream guy when it comes to my coffee. This coffee tastes just right with cream. The iced coffee is brewed the night before and it’s excellent. I love the iced coffee so much I continue to order it with these insanely cold temperatures.
I think what sets Just Coffee Plus apart from other breakfast places is the simplicity of the menu. When done properly egg, meat, cheese and bread can be incredibly effective and delicious. Carmine has perfected his menu.
My go to sandwich is English with sausage egg and cheese. One of my coworkers would order the same sandwich without butter on the English. That’s the type of attention Carmine will give to his customers. You want a scali bread sandwich with all the meats and a hash brown in it. Carmine will make it. Speaking of hash browns the patties are awesome. Carmine uses a little deep fryer for the hash browns. They come out perfectly crispy every time.
On the mornings where I want a little more I get the scali bread sandwich. Double dose of eggs to fill up that monster sandwich. I work in Nashua and this place is a staple in my routine. On my days off if I’m running around town for errands I also make a point to try and get to his cart because he is that good.
Carmine takes breakfast to the next level. Once in a while my family will be at a loss for what to have for dinner. A ways back my wife said, «let’s have breakfast sandwiches Carmine style.» I used some of the techniques I’ve observed from Carmine to make our dinner for breakfast sandwiches. Although my sandwiches do not even remotely compare to his they still taste better than they used to when I made them. My point is Carmine has become more than just breakfast we now have a family dinner inspired by his delicious food. I would recommend Just Coffee Plus to everyone with the highest confidence.

Heard about this business from a person I work with. I never head up NE Blvd during my morning commute, as it’s the opposite direction of where I need to go. Luckily, I had the day off today and was able to take advantage of this nice little breakfast truck. The gentleman running it is very friendly, and although I was a bit short of the change needed for my purchase, he accepted what I had and called us even… good karma!
There’s not much to the menu, but what he does offer is quality product and well prepared. It’s funny how a simple breakfast sandwich can be so much better when done properly. I very much enjoyed my English muffin with egg, cheese, sausage, and bacon. The sausage is tasty, the bacon was thin and crispy, the egg was a perfect medium, and the griddled muffin was evenly browned without a hint of burn. The iced coffee was inexpensive and delicious (New England Coffee).
The menu consists of: English muffin sandwiches, larger specialty sandwiches (on bread, several choices), 3 egg omelets, egg plates (3 eggs any style), meats (bacon, sausage, ham), bagels, hash browns, griddled muffins, grilled cheese, french toast, coffee (iced and hot), juice, soda, and tea.
The fella that owns and operates this stand offered me a menu to take home, and stated that if I call ahead (cell listed on the menu), he could have my order ready when I show up. I like that kind of customer service. Between having well prepared foods at a very reasonable price, offering call ahead service, and working with me when I was short of change, I had to give this place five stars. I will definitely be picking up breakfast sandwiches from Just Coffee Plus again.
