–I placed an order (my first with Jasper’s) this week. I ordered a clone kit and bottle drying rack. Not only did the order get here in one day, it was packed perfectly, I was updated via email through the entire process and shipping was a bargain.
–Their website is clean, easy to follow and loaded with good stuff that makes me want to send them my money.
–The brewing instructions are far and away the best I have ever seen. Granted I have not brewed a lot of beer (yet) but I have brewed a few from kits and their instruction sheet is far and away the best I have seen, and with a good amount of humor mixed into it.
