If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered in well over a year. I ordered one item. It arrived relatively quickly but the one item I ordered wasn’t the one that arrived in the shipping box. I contacted Jcptrading immediately. They don’t ever answer their phone but they did respond to my email about three hours after I sent it. They could take lessons from Amazon in regards to customer service. They wanted me to wait until I received a shipping label from them, ship the wrong item back and once they processed that return, they would send the correct item I originally ordered. Since it took 5 days for my first order to arrive, it’s reasonable to expect the correct item to take an additional 15 days, minimum to arrive. That’s nearly three weeks after I placed the order. Where Amazon would send the correct item immediately, create an electronic shipping label and give you 30 days to actually get the return back to them or they’d charge you for it
