Ordered flowers on-line for my grandfathers funeral. I opted for the«make it gorgeous» $ 50 upgrade, and was very disappointed. Not worth the extra money :(

After being let down twice in consecutive days, Fortin Gage saved the day. Today is my wife’s birthday and, for the second year in a row, a major online florist that ships via FedEx dropped the ball and screwed up my order. I Googled for florists in Nashua and found the Fortin Gage website. As it turned out, I had forgotten my wallet at home, but… no problem! I could order flowers with PayPal! I ordered roses for my wife and, NINETYMINUTESLATER, they were on her desk at work. The flowers are beautiful and of amazing quality. I am now a dedicated customer, that’s for sure.

Jill! Nothing will change my opinion of your customer service! I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years. Once you over a customer something to take care of the situation u don’t take it back. Regardless if u later find out its your fault or not. U never said to me when you offered the free flowers 4 the mourning family, that if I find out it might be my fault I’m not doing it. When you are a business owner it is very important to be true to your word! Also Jill it still ur florist fault regardless, I went on FORTIN not PAY . so although u like to pass the blame when its ur sight u make good then deal with pay pal. Don’t pass your problems on to another company! After this I will never use either company.

I’ve been introduced to Fortin Gage on a number of occasions(weddings, funerals, etc.) however I had never been on the purchasing end. Let me just say, as someone who had moved half way across the country(now living in Texas) — ordering flowers for my mothers birthday was so easy and reliable. Not only did they notify me when the recipient of the flowers was not home(asking for a cell number to reach her), they sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement that they had made special for her. A little definitely goes a long way. Thank you for your creativity and dependability Fortin Gage!

The staff at Fortin Gage was incredibly helpful and kind. I placed the order on-line and everything was delivered on time. The staff actually responded to my emails after I placed the order. I bought one bouquet and the recipient was very pleased.

I get choked up when I think about Fortin Gage. The work they did on my wedding was above and beyond my expectations. They are now and will forever be my go to place for flowers. The owner and I connected from the first sit down. He didn’t have an example of what I wanted to be my bouquet, but the way I described it and then the way he described what he could do back for me, I knew I was in good hands. I got a package with my wedding reception form Crowne Plaza. I knew going in that if I wanted extra, I would pay extra. Crowne Plaza was pretty specific in telling us what we were to get. Just like the cake they offered, it would be the bare minimum. Which to me, a business owner, is completely understandable and expected. They handled me not only like I was family, and that this was as much their wedding, but extremely professional as well. Even catering to my whims when I added more shortly before the big day. Put up with my pickiness on color and flower type as well. The people there are not only talented, but extremely detail orientated. My center pieces were AMAZING, my bouquets were«the prettiest I have ever seen» as stated by the mass majority of my guests. They were the freshest, most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I absolutely love Fortin Gage. If you don’t use them for your everyday flower needs, as well as for weddings and parties, you really aren’t getting the best.

So I am giving 2 out of 5 stars so far. However, the results of my full order have yet to be seen. Husband and I are having a do over wedding & reception and ordered stuff from FG. My experience with the owner(son?) weren’t exactly comfortable and I am more than a bit nervous about the end result. It was as if I was expected to know all flowers by name and have every single detail mapped out. Well, I started that review pre-wedding day. Now a few days post-wedding, I have more to say. I ordered 6 centerpieces(included in reception costs) and 1 bouquet, for myself. I felt as if when I ordered my bouquet I was frowned upon and when I asked about how big it was, was informed it would be «very small». For starters the bouquet($ 100 cash) was not the colors I requested. I had asked for FALL colors and wound up with 99% peach. The roses were wilting and the other flowers they had put in there that I think were an after thought, were unbloomed or also wilting. It showed up over an hour late to the hotel, even after I had called earlier the week before to confirm it arriving long before I was to be at the church. Whomever made the centerpieces did a great job I only wish they had put more effort into making sure the flowers for bouquet matched and were also in great condition. I would never recommend them to anyone I know for bridal flowers. My friends and I had made 8 bouquets for parents & bridal party and our($ 50 for ALL craft materials and supermarket flowers combined) bouquets looked MUCH better and caught a lot more attention. Maybe we should go into business. :)
