I’m probably biased because I love Chipotle. This Chipotle is my favorite Chipotle. The people who work at this Chipotle are so friendly, energetic, and fast. I’m pretty sure I’ve been in and out of there in under 1 minute before. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it’s not perfect. I no longer do the online ordering because they’ve mixed up my burritos with someone else’s and I once got a burrito that was folded so I only got one ingredient in my mouth at a time. These two bad experiences won’t stop me from frequenting this location.

My first time trying this restaurant and was extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and the process was fairly simple. They were quick and very helpful. I ordered a steak burrito with rice and cheese and was extremely satisfied with this combination. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Not much has changed here since my review last year. This particular Chipotle restaurant still suffers from portion consistency problems and a very noisy atmosphere. That said, the quality, if not the quantity, of the ingredients offered in the bowls and burritos is still top notch. It’s just nerve racking not knowing what size meal to expect. And even though coming here at odd hours on weekdays(weekends are very busy all the time) sometimes helps to improve the size of the portions and decrease the stress of the line staff, noise levels are usually so ridiculously loud that we cannot communicate well with staff. Having to yell over obnoxiously loud music, in particular, is extremely irritating.

The food here is simple yet delicious. The staff here is also friendly. My only complaint is that a couple years ago the staff there was mostly female who would give me good portions. Now the mostly male staff gives me maybe half a dozen pieces of steak or chicken & a small portion of beans. Maybe the girls thought I was cute or something. The prices could be at least $ 1.50 cheaper. Okay so 2 complaints.

Always good food. Not so nice employees. Rush through the line. Small portions served for the price we’re paying. Took my grandfather there and when he asked for more rice, we got attitude from the server. They could def use a better customer service to make the visits more enjoyable! The Medford location is much better and they barely speak English… !!!

They dont give out military discounts. Normally i could care less, but they informed me that if i had a badge i could receive the discount. I’m so frustrated because i remember exactly where i left my badge! I can picture it sitting on my cot in Afghanistan. If only i wasn’t so forgetful.

Chipotle is located on the always busy Daniel Webster Highway, on the side going south towards Tyngsborough, MA. It shares its lot with a number of other businesses… so depending on when you go, you’ll be hard pressed to find a decent spot.(When I last went, it took almost 15 minutes to find a spot for two cars… and we didn’t even need to park together.) Whatever. I know it’s New Hampshire, and there’s space galore, but I enjoy being able to park in a private lot for free. H, my sister, cousin and I came in the Friday after NYE. Considering it was lunch time, it was relatively busy. We were probably the fifth group in line and we were ordering(albeit rushed!) within 15 minutes upon entering the restaurant. The girls and I kinda ended up ordering the same thing– burrito bowls created to our liking. Regardless of what ingredients were put into our bowls, they all ended up looking the same– sloppy. It tasted decent, but it was not aesthetically appealing. H ended up getting a quesadilla– it wasn’t crispy! I’ve been to MANY Chipotle locations… and this one just seems to be subpar.

As long as they continue to employ the male manager that runs this location, it will continue to be a terrible Chipotle location. Not sure where they hired the guy but he does not know how to run a store and looks like he treats his employees terribly. I would recommend a different location!

The Chipotle philosophy is a good one, but operations at this location tarnish their brand. The chow is always fresh but why is cleanliness such a challenge? Introduced my elderly mother to Chipotle. She said ordering is like being in an interrogation; you’re rushed through the ordering line and peppered with questions along the way. Her head was spinning at the checkout counter. «Think I just ordered a taco?» I’m not a doting son, I’m the first to tell her when she’s acting her age but I have to agree. Why is the competition Taco Hell is so successful? The ordering is easy, one person asking two or three simple questions. They haven’t lost me as a customer but I think they did a good job of alienating the gray-haired crowd.

It’s Chipotle. Do I really need to review it? NO. You either love it or hate it. Line is usually to the door, however don’t let that scare you away, it moves very fast. Food is great and with little guilt eating it I love going here. DON’T ASKFORQUESO! you will get a lecture about preservatives. however since they offer cheese, milk and salsa you would think it wouldn’t be so insulting to assume it might exist. Ever watch Kim Possible? I always feel like the burrito looks like Rufus. Now I want one!

I’m rating on the fast-food scale, not fine dining. I’ve always had good quality meals from this location. The staff handles the lunchtime hordes quickly and politely… Don’t be scared if the line is out the door when you arrive, you’ll still have your food in less than 10 minutes. I wish they didn’t have an up charge for guacamole… Makes the meal feel expensive, even though you are getting a giant bowl of yum or a burrito the size of a Yugo.

I am actually ashamed of ever eating in this disgusting location. Due to its convenient location to our business we would drop in a few times a week buying for our employes but the bill always needed to be checked because they added items and charge for wrong items than refused at time to give the receipt with various excuses. The portions were at time very small and for some reason for this location understanding Chipolte gluten free instructions was very haaaarrd. In the early days I just thought the inexperienced owner and crew needed time to work things out, fire a few rude incompetent kids but now I know different. The steak lately started to be not chewable and the nasty tattooed girl argued when my sons food had hot pepper in it and was not edible. The rude women in first station flat out refuses to do gluten free until you tell her supervisor and than refuses to change gloves and follow Chipolte protocols: use clean lettuce, she will pick up wheat and than refuse to change gloves again. The nasty tattooed girl refuses to use correct cheese even thou her supervisor will put out for her. This really is not rocket science other locations can do it without even an eye roll but not this one. For a while after they over charged me by $ 12 dollars and the manager lied about taking care of it we stopped coming. But than a few month passed we needed a fast meal I forgot for minute and we went in. The first incompetent women was really not in a mode to do gluten free and told me «No» 4 times until her sup heard and told her what to do. As an employer I would drug test her. the sup prepared everything for them but the tattooed girl started yelling from the other side distracting every body and started to put all the sups prep away. Than suddenly a moment of lucidity from her. Also the supervisor had a full beard with no net on(really). That ordering was unbelievably but it got worst. The Manager appeared and instead of apologizing for his incompetence and lies(when employee stole from me) he explained how we are too demanding for him. This was lunch and the place was empty, unlike other locations and all other places around him. He seemed to think that he has a right to rip people off by charging off menu, if the crew prepares your meal wrong just let it go. No gloves no hair net, hair in the food, not their problem after all he has 20 year experience ripping people off and if I don’t like, don’t go there. If your staff was competent and trained like other locations, I would not seem rude. I will never buy from you again and I am ashamed to ever purchased from this business. I hope the franchise takes notice.

I went to this particular location during the middle of a snow storm. When I arrived they did not have any steak ready, it was cooking but not currently ready. I decided to wait, which could not have been more then 5 minutes. When getting to the end of the line to pay, the cashier said I was all set. The restaurant had picked up the tab because I had to wait. what great service!

Really bad experience here on July 17. Loud, offensive music playing(presumably for the benefit of the help, not the customers), shrieks coming from the kitchen(almost left right then, and wish we had), and the Barbacoa in my bowl was in one big chunk, undercooked, and mostly inedible. Like most Chipoltes, the restaurant is very dirty. Not recommended.

Chipotle is by far my favorite place to grab a quick lunch or get takeout. Chipotle itself I give 5 stars, but this location is sub-par. They’re always out of something and there employees attitudes just aren’t as good as other locations. Sometimes the meat is a little lower quality as well, the barbacoa is always pinker here and less shredded.

This is a pretty standard Chipotle offering fresh food fast. It’s not gourmet nor is it likely authentic but it’s delicious. I love their chicken bowls with brown rice and their corn salsa is amazing. The inside of this one isn’t ideal for chatting with someone so if you want conversation with whoever you’re with I suggest you either go outside or take it to go. Then again it could have been loud because it was busy(lunch rush).

I suppose it’s fortunate that a Chipotle location has opened up closer to where I live, because I certainly won’t be returning to this one anytime soon, in spite of its proximity to my place of work. I visited this location last night around 8:30pm on my way home from work, as I’ve done many times before. The moment I reached the counter, I found myself to be quite a burden on the staff working. The girl fixing my meal took her sweet time acknowledging me, too distracted with what someone in the kitchen was doing to make her laugh. She hurried through my order, filling my bowl with considerably smaller servings of food than I’m used to receiving. When she asked which salsa I preferred, I requested all three options, as I’ve done countless times before. She slops on some mild and keeps going. I ask again. She responds with an irritated«What?». I ask a third time. She finally complies. About this time, a small group of people entered the restaurant. Her response, in no manner of a hushed tone? «This is bullsh*t.» Hurrying through the remainder of my order, she slides my meal to the cashier, who has to ask her three times which meat I opted for, before finally turning and asking me, as she received no response from her co-worker. Two stars are earned because food quality is consistent, being a chain and all. It’s unfortunate, as the chain and this location seem to have no means of customer feedback, because I’d love to let the manager/franchise operator know how customers are being treated after he has left the building. I suppose the best I can do is continue to frequent the newer, more welcoming Amherst Street location.
