Casey’s Pizza

I would normally rate this 5 stars, but after tonight I’m giving them a 3. Pizza is normally perfect and exactly what we’re expecting. Tonight however, I ordered a pizza half pepperoni and half green pepper because I’m vegetarian. Not too difficult, right? Normally I don’t have a problem. Tonight however, I walk into Casey’s to pick up our order and I try to make eye contact with the workers. Neither would even look at me and I didn’t want to be rude and call them over because I assumed they were busy. After about 5 minutes of waiting during which time my niece and I chit-​chatted, a female worker who appeared to be over 30, a little on the short side, with thick light brown hair rudely and loudly asked if we were there to pick up pizza. Uh, YEAH. I didn’t mind waiting while she appeared to be busy but then she acted as if we were bothering her by standing there. I told her yes and gave her my name. As I was walking away I looked back to see her rolling her eyes at me. Sorry for making you do your job? When I got home, I saw that the pizza was half supreme, half pepperoni and therefore I could not eat it. I don’t know how green pepper only became supreme and I feel that if they felt there may be a misunderstanding she could have asked me to clarify. We order from Casey’s all the time and have never had a problem with the pizza or the staff. I don’t appreciate people being rude to me (and especially not my niece) for no apparent reason, and if they can’t even make my pizza right then I don’t see the need to order again. Big disappointment as there aren’t any other options in town but I guess I’ll switch to Kwik Star’s frozen pizza if I find I really need some.
