I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappointed me, not once. Not only are they totally knowledgeable but they’re also very accommodating to my many unique and cutting-​edge technological needs. They have, on many occasions, extended my hardware to beyond their normal life cycles — by updating RAM, and/​or SSD, and beyond. They also repair TVs, mobile phones, other gadgets… This is ma-​n-​pa small computer repair shop at its finest glory. Best Buy has its place in the electronic market for sure, but if you desire a more personable and personalized touch, this is the place for all your computer needs.

I originally dropped my laptop off at Best Buy, and after getting quoted a ridiculous repair cost I immediately brought it to Apex. Wicky helped me out tremendously and was able to fix it for a quarter of the cost. I can’t thank Wicky and the Apex team enough, and would recommend their business to anyone without hesitation.

I just found this place because another competitor didnt have an internal sound card. And I needed it TODAY! No time to order it. Apex was the only store around that could help me out. And I bought a refurbished card for cheaper than anything online! :D

This is personalized PC service as good as it gets with ZERO pressure. These people are super knowledgeable in this field and I have referred many clients to them already, they managed to turn all of us into repeat customers and voluntary referrers. Best Buy can build a Geek Squad center next to them and they’ll still shine with no problem. They’re THAT good.
