I was in Narragansett on vacation, and needed a tire fixed. I called ahead and they took me right in. Kevin and Sean were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced services. I’d highly recommend them! Thanks, guys!

This is a terrific «Local Bike Shop.» They support high end biking as well as biking for the masses. This is important because as a result, they have top shelf staff and mechanics. They know their stuff. This shop goes out of its way to support the local biking community, organizing rides and making their shop the base for weekly rides. One morning, I had forgotten my water bottle for one of the shop rides, and they just gave me one «on the house.» Another example, the dérailleur hanger on my wife’s bike broke, and another shop fixed it. They used an after market part designated by the «book.» The replacement hanger broke, so I told my wife to bring it to NBX. The mechanic there was determined to fix it and to fix it right. He figured out that the designated hanger was wrong, figures out which hanger to order, and fixed the bike correctly. Bottom line, this shop is a treasure for Narragansett, and we should try to spend our dollars there.
