I’m very frustrated with this place. So let me tell you what you get for $ 60.00: Over buffed finger nails, jagged nail edges, chopped up cuticles, gloppy nail polish, distracted nail techs who are unfriendly and rushed, and crummy color selection. I have no positives. I am extremely butter about my experience with this place.

Staff is very accommodating and patient with the mostly geriatric clientele. I suppose if they offered prune juice and lemon squares to customers like Anne G. there would be less issues with workers trying to take their time for each and every customer. Very small but seemed clean. Next to Publix in King’s Lake.

I am sick of these salons that take appointments and end up making you wait 30 minutes or longer because they can’t say no to walk-ins!!! This used to be a decently place and I’ve been coming here for a long time but sick of putting up with their attitude.

5 Things available at all nail salons: 1. Cacophony of chicachatter 2. Metrosexual situasians 3. Foam flip-flops 4. Shady and weirdly-subdivided back room 5. Malodorous chemical cloud 5 Things making THIS a truly Utopian nail salon: 1. NICE employees using tools torn from packages marked«STERILE» 2. Agg-res-sive massage chairs 3. Extensive(maybe awkwardly extensive?) leg massage with pedi 4. Sweet group of regulars 5. Great menu* of available services The only thing I didn’t like about this place was their insistence on giving me great service; at the cost of two hours of my life. This wouldn’t have bothered me, but when I went in it was 10:30AM and when I left it was 12:45PM and I wanted to be at the beach. I had envisioned myself stopping in for a quick mani/pedi — in and out in 45min. I hadn’t accounted for the popularity of Utopia or their careful attention to detail. In the end, I came away satisfied and got to spend a couple hours at the beach. Win-win. Moral of the story: make an appointment and block out at least an hour. *During my time in Utopia, I heard approximately 17 people refer to the price list as the«menu.» I dislike this terminology greatly.
