Months later… Still waiting for the company to contact me in regards to the overcharging due to extreme amount of time service person took. Also the toilet still leaks only from a different place that didn’t leak before. The bolts he replaced after he broke off the original bolts on the underside of the tank are too small and so the leak is now on both sides of the tank and has stained the marble floor. Are you going to promise to fix that as well?
