I stopped in for a cool, caffeinated drink on a HOT afternoon. Grabbed an iced mocha for $ 4.50 or so. Expected a larger, thick drink that would compete with a Starbucks Mocha or frappacino. What I got was iced coffee with a bit flavoring, and a large portion of whipped cream. It’d be good to give it another go for redemption, but here’s the deal — if you’re across the street from Starbucks in South Florida: your cold drinks better be able to consistently bring in repeat customers. Otherwise, those people will purchase that $ 5 huge Frappacino on a hot day every time. People love what they’re comfortable with. I wouldn’t order another cold drink here, as I didn’t get my money’s worth. Good vibe inside, and nice outdoor seating, hence the 2 stars. Product was lacking quality and taste.

Wonderful array of beverage choices(coffee, wine, beer), sandwiches and desserts. Breakfast and lunch served all day. Loved the lox, cream cheese, tomato on a toasted warm fresh bagel. Would recommend the chicken pesto sandwich as well.

I’D ONLYGOBACKSINCETHERE’S NOTHINGBETTER =I want to like this place but have been totally underwhelmed by the Coffee. Your Name has COFFEE in the title – isn’t that what you should do well? COFFEEISN’T GREATBUTHOW’S THEFOOD? = Honestly I haven’t had the food(café dishes like Paninis and Salads) but at least those have looked fresh and the patrons appeared to enjoy it. There’s also limited Wine available as well as some pastries and desserts behind a counter display. None of these were gluten-free … you’ll only find that in the drinks or Salad. COFFEEJUSTOKAY. SERVICEJUSTOKAY = I ordered their advertised specials from their menu board… and tasted water with hints of Coffee flavoring. This is especially true of their cold, blended drinks. When I asked for a Macchiato(preferably the real-style small ones) the young staffer stammered a bit and someone else made it. A rather dignified-looked older lady(Manager I assume) appeared frustrated with her staff and didn’t even look at me as she made my drink once. BUT I’D GOBACK = Brick seems to be the best local offering within the area(please avoid that Starbucks place) and packed with relaxing seating, laid-back atmosphere and great outdoor seating views. Since there’s almost no competition, I’d return but not for the Coffee.

Coffee in a paper cup… no thanks, this is why Starbucks exists… for people that don’t care about good coffee. I mean Segafredo and all but. paper cups? Really. Also chose Canolli… big mistake…$ 2 each and really not fresh. Better don’t go. Up to you

Worst coffee we have ever had. The service was terrible as well. We waited 30 mins for a bagel sandwich. The décor is cute but that’s all this place has going for it.

The smoked salmon panini is the best ever, every time! Best flavored mochas and lattes also!

The place has a nice ambiance and the coffee was okay. I didn’t order any food but from the menu and what I saw, looks pretty tasty! This gets 3 stars as the service was very bad. The cashier did not have a good vibe, at all.

The huge ash trays encourage the largely well-meaning Eastern European crowd to chain smoke from all sides at the outside tables. Trying to enjoy the outside air turns into a non-stop, second-hand smoke inhaling nauseaus sit down. The panini are tasty but small. The coffee is pretty good, and the setting would be quite nice if they made the outdoor seating non-smoking like almost everywhere else in the United States.

Brick is perfectly charming and a nice frenchy café. The cappuccino with a croissant egg and cheese is a nice breakfast but the portions are kind of small. Nice patio area for a lazy saturday, but weird art work with the national geographic afghan girl. Skip the cannoli.

What a fabulous spot to stop in for an excellent huge cup of coffee, beer or a glass of wine. As we were strolling down 5th street trying to find a place to have breakfast we spotted this great bistro. They serve breakfast and lunch. It was quite comfy other than when we first walked in it was very hot. Naples seems to have no AC in most places. Luckily we finally felt the AC kick on and it was fine. There were five of us and we ordered bagels, sandwiches, coffee, wine and beer. Everything was super fresh, all made to order. Service is very friendly. Just be patient and it is worth the wait for the coffee and food. The coffee comes out in huge pretty glasses. I could not believe how much coffee they give you. I would be up for a week if I ordered one, LOL Of course I was double fisting with Peroni beer and a great little Cabernet Sauvignon. I also had a bagel with cream cheese that was fresh and very good. My friend had ordered a Panini sandwich and I snagged a bite. It was delicious. they had very nice pictures inside, nice décor and they even sell some of the prints on the walls. This place offers great coffee, food, reasonable prices with excellent service. They also have a small outdoor seating area. Breakfast, lunch, coffee, wine and beer oh my this is a wonderful place to check out.

How do you run a coffee shop and have no idea what roast you are brewing? I asked and the guy behind the counter says, «uhh…dark?» Two customers sitting in the area tried to be helpful and tell me the brand of coffee they used. I didn’t want the brand, I wanted the roast. I left. I don’t trust a coffee shop that doesn’t even know what roast they are brewing.

I was looking for a decent cup of coffee in Naples and a study space while I visit my parents. I found myself at The Brick at 2pm on a weekday. There was ample table space, easy(free) wifi, and one(?) plug. I ordered an iced coffee which was not great but not terrible. Friendly staff.

Mocha frappé, turtle latte, chocolate cake & good company. So glad we ran into this cute little shop. Very friendly service, she made my frappé with xtra chocolate since I’m not much of a coffee drinker, it was perfect. Very clean café, lots of chairs & tables to get comfortable in. Wish I had a place like this back home. Thanks Brick Coffee bar! Keep up the great work!

Wasn’t impressed with the staff and the coffee was average. I felt the prices were good for 5th and the ambiance was inviting and conducive to studying or working. Better options available, still.

Great little coffee spot right on 5th Ave. We were staying at the Inn on 5th and this was along our daily morning walk to the beach. The service was excellent and the outside patio was an ideal spot for breakfast. Perfect place to stop in for an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich before heading out to fry in the sun.

A really great coffee place on 5th Ave. Fun to grab a mocha and just people(ergo tourist) watch in the afternoon. Lavazza coffee, so while there are better true mom & pop places, it sure beats Starbucks by a long shot.

My salad was great, but my sister read the menu wrong and ordered the wrong salad and they would NOT let her get what she thought she was ordering without her paying for 2 salads. Really poor customer service and the owner was rude.

Pretty much your only bet for a decent espresso and a seat to enjoy it in. Lavazza coffee, so it could be better, but it could be worse. Very helpful staff, familiar faces two years in row which is nice in a town where everyone looks the same/completely unmemorable. Don’t feel obligated to order from their menu, they are a coffee shop and can make any traditional espresso drink.
