Late night full of stress and no food so I went through the drive-thru. A friendly voice greeted me and actually asked how I was. I lamented the day was long and asked for the 7 layer burrito. I asked how his day was, he said he’d been up since 3a.m. He said the good thing was that Taco Bell provided him with all the free drinks he needed. We shared a few other thoughts and then I pulled up to the window. I was greeted by a friendly face with my order already in hand. The young man thanked me for being the nicest customer he had had all day. The burrito was good and much appreciated. I can’t comment on the inside but I would come here again.

Avoid this as your stop before or right after Alligator Alley at all costs. I’m a fan of Taco Bell, but this location simply doesn’t care about maintaining the bathrooms at all… which is kind of important based on their location near the tollbooth. There was no toilet paper in the men’s room. When we told an employee at the counter about this, he acted surprised and did nothing about it. My friend actually stood guard at the door to the ladies’ room and I went in there instead. Of the three stalls in there, one was locked and out of service entirely. Another one had absolutely no toilet paper and the third and final stall barely had any toilet paper. Whomever is managing this location should be working that tollbooth instead. Oh, and when leaving this location, you have no choice but to go out of your way to get back on Interstate 75 as your first turn is in the opposite direction.

Like others, we were on our way home from a long week on a cruise. The facility was clean and service was friendly. No complaints on the food EXCEPT for the Tostadas. The tostada shells were stale! Too late to turn around and drive all the way back to get something else. To Management: Please check the tostada flats or taco shells as you begin your day.

Tacobell is a great resaurant. Every location is different cause of different employees and management. I live near this stores location but refuse to go to it. For some reason, one two different visits to this location I ordered a taco and one single ball of hair was found inside the taco. Also I found a ball of hair inside one of my quesaritoes and I threw up… there is also somebody that has had the same exact problem with the tacos he has ordered. If you go to this restaurant just check your food throughly before you eat it. You could also do what I do and go to the location on us 41 in naples 34112 they always get the order right and as a plus I don’t have to pick hair from their food…

Stop in here from time to time for a quick bite. Not the cleanest of places but pretty fast service. Good for what it is but not to be confused with authentic Mexican food or TexMex.

I don’t like that place at all. People seems doesn’t speak and understand English. My order was twice change with someone else. I gave them 2 stars because the server was nice and recognize her weakness and was apologize to me. I respect that.

My wife and I needed a quick meal on the way home from a trip to the everglades, and this was one of the first places we found. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the menu was well layed out and easy to read. The meal deals are $ 2.29 here, which is a lot better than the $ 2.79 I’ve been seeing them for lately. The food was made quickly, and we got exactly what we ordered. It tasted as good as any Taco Bell I’ve been to — no complaints.

This TB at one time was a dual restaurant shared with TCBY. It was a great idea to combine, and save energy. Now it’s a single TB. The interior is dated and tired. My last visit was a drive through. And it’s quality is always better inside my double decker taco looked slapped together and loosely wrapped I also got a nice big taco drip on my favorite T-shirt. I guess I deserved that for trying to eat on the road. Damn you drive through! I hate drive through. I hate eating in my car/truck. I hate eating like a wage slave monkey. Why do I break my own rules. As Leo Getz said in lethal weapon 2 «They Fu#k you at the drive through». No sauces offered so drive around and pick it up yourself. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Food 3 Ambiance 1 bah blah. Service 2 drive through Location 3 Value 3 expect a cleaning bill if choose to eat tacos in your vehicle. My buddy the had two big burritos and managed not to drip while driving. Next time I’m getting a burrito! Or I’m wearing a orange, black or brown shirt, so my taco camo shirt can be complete and stained. This mobile app said its 5 miles from where I live but I know it’s closer to 11 – 12 miles In reality.
