Terrible service and my floors are still not clean!!!

Excellent cleaning job on my carpeting. Had a very large stain on one of my carpets. Really didn’t think it would totally come out. To my surprise tha stain was totally removed. I had the same stain cleaned using a dry cleaning method and the stain faded somewhat but was still very visible. So surprised and pleased and the carpets look like new. The technicians were also very professional and nice.
