I have lived here for a year and I really love my apartment and community. It’s fairly quiet and well maintained. This year they repainted all the buildings and power washed all the roofs. The staff are very friendly. Close to all conveniences on Pine Ridge rd and right by highway 75 yet tucked away enough to feel quiet.

Stay away from any property owned by spiros «george» zorbalas. He owns 72 units here and has quite the reputation. All you have to do is google him. I unfortunately am
I’m one of his units and it’s been a nightmare. That being said the complex itself is beautiful and the pool and gym are great. On the down side, the windows are paper thin and noise can be a problem. Raquel is a great property manager and gets on top of problems quickly. Not to mention it’s a great pet friendly environment.
