Randy and Deb at the Public Storage on Radio Road in Naples have been so amazing with my fiancé and I. We live in a condo community that cannot have trailers and our garage does not fit our van, so we needed a solution quickly. They helped us find the perfect spot, have stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we were happy with our service, and are always a pleasure to speak with. When we found out we could no longer afford to stay in our large unit thanks to my medical bills, Randy and Deb tried to see what they could do to work with us on a smaller unit for just our trailer and what options we had. They have gone above and beyond what we have ever experienced at any storage place both myself and my fiancé have ever used and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage in the area. Heck, we actually drive about a half hour just to use them when we could have easily gone to any of the number of storage places within 5 minutes of our home. The facilities are always clean, Randy is always around with a smiling face and always asking if we need anything.
