I have been to this range several times with my wife who is a novice shooter and one friend who has never fired a pistol in his life. Both my wife and friend are anxious to return. The store personal can’t do enough for you whether you are a beginner or a seasoned shooter. They stock rifles, pistols, revolvers, and ammo as well as an assortment of accessories. The 50 foot range is well lit and very clean. The exhaust system is excellent. The target system is electric. You are allowed to fire at steel targets since you must use fragment ammo which you can purchase there at a reasonable price. I have not used their training lab but I am looking forward to a session there. I would recommend this range to anyone who wants to fire their own gun or rent a firearm there and try it out.

Just purchased a Springfield Armory handgun from them for myself. Last year I purchased a gift certificate for a concealed weapons class for my son and was told that it is no longer valid because of new owners. Spoke with a guy named Jaime and was basically told that he would not honor it citing that he didn’t work a deal out with the previous owner. Not my problem it’s his business. The store/range is still called Naples Gun Range and is doing business as Naples Gun Range. I placed a call to the Florida Attorney Generals Office to see what my consumer rights are and was told that card should still be valid. In trying to come to a reasonable solution with Jaime, I was basically told to pound sand and I should blame the previous owner. Jaime even got pissed off when I said I called Consumer Affairs researching my rights. I was looking for a amicable resolution from a businessman because I was going to also purchase another gift card for a concealed carry class but instead I got an abusive response and was hung up on. Had I known that prior to spending over $ 500 I would have gladly taken my business to another local gun shop like The Alamo that’s treats their customers with respect. Will never do business with them again and warn others. Good luck when you call them on the telephone. They don’t answer and might call you back the next day. Next step is to file a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals office. 1÷28÷16 Update The Attorney Generals Office has contacted me the current status of the inquiry. Additional information from the previous owner has been volunteered. This information will be forwarded to the AG representative for his review. The previous owner was very cooperative and was quite informative as the history of the sale. Once the latest information is reviewed by the AG representative I will post an update.

This was my first time visiting a gun range. It is also the first time I considered ever owning or buying a gun. I need to get a handgun for travels through the wilds of the world, and I know absolutely nothing about them. I felt very comfortable walking in the door, and I felt very comfortable and impressed walking out the door a couple hours later. I have much to learn and I think I’ve found the place I’m going to learn all about gun ownership and use. I surprised myself at how nervous I was, and I think my instructor’s instinct was spot on in how to talk to me and guide me through the process of holding, loading and firing. Guns were forbidden in our home for decades, so I had more fear about them than I expected. I left feeling enthusiastic and at ease with exploring more and finding a gun or guns that are perfect for my needs. Professional staff. Nice facility And the lead-free thing appeals to me despite what others are complaining about.

Finding this place was a little tricky due to being from out of town, upon entering you’re greeted by a large staff who is absolutely welcoming, took my girlfriend shooting for the first time in her life, was helped by extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, bought two boxes of rounds and a 9 mm rifle and a breast cancer target, rounds downrange and back into a very welcoming staff area with a large variety of firearms, left after purchasing a free float handguard and some pmags. Pros: awesome staff, nice range, good prices, knowledgeable, clean, welcoming environment Cons: slightly hard to find(this is through no fault of their own) Suggestions: go here before the Alamo.

Prices are reasonable and you have to shoot with their ammunition as its a lead free environment. There are a lot of women in the store, all very eager to ask questions and promote their shooting with drinking social activities, which I personally don’t think go hand in hand. Staff are seldom in the shooting area, which I would have thought important. They brush up shells, but one needs to exit the area through a closed door to find one for advise. Staff also doesn’t stand near you when you initially setup your target and make sure you’re okay. The range has a large metal post with swinging targets on it, standing about 6′ high and its between two lanes, so if one shoot say from the left shoots at it, their rounds penetrate the right side shooters area. There is also a chance of ricochet from those flat surfaces on the target. Its really a small arms hand gun range and even if you would like to try something more substantial, they don’t have it and they cannot accommodate it. There are kids that come into the store and attached indoor range, but it sometimes sounds like a bikers bar with some choice words being used. Not the ideal place for kids or sensitive ears. I’m going to look for a range that has more to offer as I’m not a big drinker.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Went there a couple times while visiting Naples. BUT I don’t understand why there’s a: «no loaded firearm, no sunglasses, no ball cap» sign at the door? How… why??? It makes no sense. So as an off-duty sworn LE, you’re telling me I cannot carry my off duty inside? Plus I shoot with a ball cap and like most of us, we just like wearing ball caps. Who doesn’t have a khaki ball cap with an American flag on it? Also I wear transitions eyeglasses… so now I gotta take them off before going in? I mean, for being a gun shop and supposedly pro 2nd A… they are pretty anti 2nd A and just plain un-American. And you gotta use their lead-less ammo too.

Extremely friendly staff. Was a breeze to get gun rentals and to get into the range. A great selection of firearms. Definitely a bit pricy but overall a great experience. Would visit more if it didn’t set me back $ 120.

Easily the best gun store and range in Naples. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They knew a lot about their products and were very willing to let us handle the guns. Keep up the good work guys! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I have been here once and had a pretty good experience. 2 days later, I was up at the Babcock Shooting. Was able to get a lot more out of my experience at Gun emporium. Just seems the lighting was so much better that I was able to tell where every shot was going. With the wind at the Babcock ranch, really couldn’t tell where all the shots were going. Felt like I was just slinging lead down the range. Considering joining but want to see how busy they get during season. I took one star off because I like to use my own ammo with the grain of my choosing to simulate what real life would be like.
