This was a great custard treat. We came from Vermont off season and were met with such hospitality and enthusiasm. She sent us away with some lovely treats. Thank you for a great experience.

The best ice cream in the finger lakes by a long shot! They make their own ice cream and it is 16% butterfat and you can taste the difference. Very reasonable as well -$ 2.50 for a kiddie cone which is pretty huge. We travel 25 minutes to get there and it is always worth the trip!

Pleasant service and the basic chocolate and vanilla twist was excellent. The drive thru option seemed unique.

Amazing place run by amazing people. The fresh fruit sundaes are the stuff dreams are made of. Fun local color and friendly service.

Stopped by this place with some friends. Although I didn’t have anything(watching my girlish figure), my friends enjoyed their ice creams. The store itself was cute, with old-timey toys all around that you can fiddle with while you’re in line. Very nice touch to the atmosphere.

Hardpack ice cream is as good as it gets. Rich base, interesting flavors. STICKTOTHEHARDPACK! The custard is merely OK. It’s not very custardy. Doesn’t have that thick, eggy mouthfeel I was hoping for. Nor was the vanilla flavor particularly great. WARNING: Cash only. Weak. This the middle of the second decade of the 21st century. Get with it already, people. When I’m paying ten bucks for a round of kiddie cones for *three* people, you can’t absorb nine cents worth of CC fees for the transaction? Or are you just not reporting all your income? I don’t get it.

Delicious ice cream. I took the black raspberry and vanilla it was a perfect combo. What I loved the most is that the ice cream does not have an after taste. Something that’s very common at many ice cream shops.

My wife and I love going here, which can be a bad thing since we live only a quarter mile away :) We’ve tried many flavored but my favorite is cookies n cream, and my wife’s chocolate peanut butter cup. If you’re just passing through, stay in your car and go through the drive thru. Great place for a cool treat!

Can someone please tell me the difference between ice cream and frozen custard? The clerk couldn’t tell me, neither could the owner whom I met at the local tavern. I could google the answer but I’m feeling recalcitrant. If your signage features frozen custard you ought to be able to explain how it’s different than ice cream. So Lynnie Lou you have until next spring when you reopen to answer my question or I will dock you one star, yes I will. Anyway, their frozen custard is better than any soft ice cream I’ve ever encountered and they have bikes you can borrow and they offer doggie sundaes and when I said they should add bacon bits they took my advice and sprinkled them atop our next order. So me, Max and Vicky and wife and baby take our pick-up to the drive thru and leave a buck in the tip cup then sit at the picnic table and eat frozen custard, whatever the f*ck that may be.

I’ve been there several times and I feel the prices are at market price… If you want cheap ice cream, then wait for the ice cream man to drive by… Their sundaes and toppings are great… I recommend the strawberry, the raspberry, the grape and the apple… I just wish they weren’t an hour and a half away from my house or I might go more often…

Update: this place is now called«Lizzie Lou’s» I have been here many times over the last decade– all when it was still called Huntone’s. The new owners have definitely cleaned up the place. The picnic tables outside are all freshly painted with umbrella awnings and little potted plants. I don’t know if I am disenchanted by the name change or by having to pay $ 4 for a regular twist cone with sprinkles but this place did not live up to my memory. My vanilla/chocolate twist was a little grainy for softserve. But since it’s the only place in Naples to get softserve I will probably be back to give Lizzie Lou’s a second chance.
