When I first moved to Naples in Nov of 2011, I was thrilled with this company enough to give them 5 full stars. How time changes things.
It was about 10 – 12 months later when things started going downhill. Our plants didn’t look well, and we had to request things to be done over and over. Promises were made that things would be taken care of, and then they were not. We ended up infested with white fly — which wasn’t unusual in our neighborhood but was not treated properly, despite many requests.
The week before we terminated their services — which was already in the works — they ran into and damaged our fence while cutting the grass. Nobody said a word to me: I discovered it two days later.
We’ve had a new company for 5 months now, and everything in our yard is looking better. That says it all, I think.
