Hot Concepts Fireplaces

I would have given a 0 star rating if that was a choice.
I need a replacement of the fireplace doors & screens on the fireplace in our lanai/​pool area. I was unable to get someone at Hot Concepts Fireplace to answer so after several tries I left a message indicating what I was looking for and where our home is located. I received no return call so called again after several days.
I spoke to someone who set up an appointment to have someone come to our house a week later at 1:00PM. I was surprised they couldn’t get there sooner as the first visit would’ve been just to see the fireplace and measure the opening, but figured they were just that busy.
The day before they were scheduled to come to the house I received a call confirming the appointment, saying they would be there between 1:00 and 3:00PM the next day. I was previously told a specific time of 1:00 and had altered my schedule to fit that specific time but was able to rearrange further in case they were closer to 3:00.
The next day, no show. There were supposed to be here Tuesday, February 26^th. It’s now 3:40 PM Thursday, February 28^th and I’ve not heard from them at all. Not to apologize for missing the time they scheduled, not to reschedule, nothing. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone who expects good service, or service of any kind for that matter. I’ve gotten absolutely no service from them, only an inconvenience to my schedule.
I wish I would have read the previous review here before attempting to engage Hot Concepts.
