Worst management company! I am a property owner and they deflect issues and their lack of communication is extremely high! You deal with too many Indians and no Chiefs! I hired them and they work for me, not the other way around. The pool and maintenance crew are their husbands… which do not mix, so when there is a question of integrity and quality who’s side are they going to see… not yours! No stars if this site would allow!

The worst management company EVER! The director of operations has no clue how to do the job. Lies about everything. Deflects the problems onto everyone else, and leaves problems in other hands without following through. The portal goes down continuously to pay your rent, and you will never see your water bill until it is shut off. My suggestion is to stay far away from this company. The owners have come to not like this company.

Unit had a lot of maintenance issues. Your deposit will be automatically charged for paperwork fees, postage, and $ 175.00 cleaning fee. I paid for the carpet to be cleaned. Expect to get half your deposit back or owing them and risk getting sent to collections. Very stressful company to deal with. All the maintenance employees were nice.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Gulf Coast Management Group who agreed to refund my security deposit and a fair percentage for the mistake of claiming the home slept 10 people. The amount received was satisfactory and fair. There was still some disagreement about the blinds and my accusations, but they agreed to not charge me more than I felt fair to avoid conflict and avoid poor reviews. Although this resolution took longer than I cared for, it was resolved and I appreciate the company working with me for a compromise. They obviously care about their reputation and want to be a good, fair and trustworthy rental company.
