Extremely beautiful hiking adventure but a bit crowded for our taste. My wife and I decided to take a trip to Naples for our anniversary and it was suggested that we go see the waterfalls. After reading a few reviews I decided it wasn’t too strenuous(as we has dinner reservations later that evening and were not going to have much time to change) and looked beautiful. Unfortunately when we got there we had to park a ways down the street and we walked with people the entire time on the trail. Also the trail at times was the river bed, so sandals and sneakers were not the best footwear options. We proceeded all the way in to the second waterfall which of course was very beautiful however getting a picture of it without 15 other people in the shot was difficult. The pool was filled with families and dogs, which to us took away from the serenity and beauty of it all. We would still completely recommend going to see these beautiful falls however be prepared for water walking and a crowd.

If we hadn’t checked Unilocal when down in Naples we would have missed this place. It was really cool — who knew that there were two big water falls down this glen? The parking is pretty crazy and so we parked down the road a bit just past all of the neighbors’ lawn barriers — it was a short walk and better than trying to shoehorn into the tiny, jammed parking lot. We really enjoyed the scenery and were able to navigate to the 2nd falls without getting our shoes too wet by carefully picking our route. Next time we will bring our water shoes and if it is hot out our swimming suits. We were not properly prepared for this adventure…

I liked this hike– a couple of quiet swimming spots and gorgeous waterfalls as well. There were quite a few people there and I actually ended up having to park on the road in front of a house, but the walk was, over all, quiet and peaceful. Besides the falls, the walk through the water isn’t too difficult, but watch out for areas in the rock that dip suddenly… this is the Glen inviting you to splashing the water, but you might mistake it for the ground inviting you to break a leg.

This is a gorgeous creek hike with a view if two beautiful falls in Naples. It’s a little tough to find as the signs aren’t super obvious. Make your way thru the town if Naples and turn right on Vine St. The parking lot is at the end of the street. There’s a building with bathrooms but they were locked when we were there which seemed strange since it’s mid-May and there were several groups coming in and out. The trails aren’t super carved out so you end up trying to find the best way through, which often includes a walk through the creek or across it. It’s fun though since I was prepared to get wet. The water was warm too! I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the swimming hole at the 2nd waterfall. Tips: Not a hike to take grandma on. This is a creek walk so wear shoes that can get wet and be prepared to slip. I’d leave the electronics in the car too. The whole time I was worried my mom’s nice camera was going to get dunked.
