Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Good, solid hamburger at Five Guys. Unlimited peanuts when you walk in. Hot, fresh french fries with cajun seasoning were excellent. Huge portions. Burgers were huge and delicious. Clean restaurant. Fast service. A very typical Five Guys. Prices are in line with Five Guys and other upscale fast food burger places. Plenty of parking. Right on 41 east in Naples, close to downtown. Limited vegetarian options or options other than burgers.

Food was good but the employees made so much noise in the dining room!!! Music was turned up so loud I couldn’t even hear the person 2 feet across the table. Inconsiderate customers let their 5 kids run back and forth the dining room screaming and playing with their hands in the soda dipenser. I felt like I was at Chuck cheese. Employees did nothing to make this restaurant a place I would come back to. I watched an employee continue to fill a 5 gallon bucket with ice, to ice down the beer cooler. She missed and filled it with orange soda and didn’t even wash it out, just kept going! WOW… trash cans being dragged across tile file made even more noise. Worse place to eat a good sloppy burger. Employees can ruin a good restaurant.

Of course they have the juicy, mouth watering burgers & hand cut fries we’ve come to love but this Five Guys has everything going for it!-super friendly staff and very clean overall.

I can’t understand at all why people like this place! The burger was horrible! And way too expensive. It tasted like they just defrosted it. Definitely will not be going back!

Great customer service, fast and good food, Dylan & Anthony made sure my order was made to perfection. I know fast food isn’t brain surgery, but not always you can have something made just the way you want it.

Excellent burger, great customer service… wow! The cashier greeted us immediately when we walked in, the manager (I am assuming), young lady in white shirt, greeted us as well, as she was cooking burgers… Everything done right!!! Very clean… countless other restaurants in town could benefit from the actions of these employees… take care of the customer and they will take care of you!!!

They make a damn good burger! I think the key is the small menu and doing right every time.

Big ff chains generally suck but I actually like the burger from here. They let u pick all the toppings u want. Sautéed onions and mushrooms on a cheese burger always get me and this one was wonderful. I’ll be back.

Wow, was für Burger!
Preislich sehr weit oben angesiedelt und nicht ganz so FastFood wie die anderen Ketten. Denn jeder Burger wird frisch und individuell zubereitet.
Wir waren zur Mittagszeit dort und es war leer! Wir haben dann kurz überlegt, ob wir überhaupt hinein gehen, denn eigentlich ist das ja kein besonders gutes Zeichen für ein Lokal. Ein Bekannter von uns hat aber so geschwärmt, dass wir es doch einfach mal testen wollten.
Wir haben uns zu zweit nur 1 Menü bestellt, denn wir wurden bereits vorgewarnt, wie riesig die Burger sind.
Wir haben uns für einen Bacon Burger entschieden. Das beinhaltet also die Burger Semmel, Fleisch und Bacon. Was sonst noch auf den Burger kommt, kann man selber bestimmen. Zur Auswahl stehen: Mayonnaise, Salat, Gewürzgurken, Tomaten, gegrillte Zwiebeln, gegrillte Pilze, Ketchup, Senf, Relish, rohe Zwiebeln, Jalapeño, grüné Paprika, Steak Sauce, BBQ Sauce und scharfe Sauce.
Und ja, man kann auch alle Zutaten wählen!
Wir waren sehr begeistert, besonders die gegrillten Zwiebeln und Pilze waren lecker.
Hinter dem Tresen standen 3 Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr nett und freundlich waren und offensichtlich auch Spaß bei der Arbeit hatten.
Sehr cool fand ich, wie man die Pommes serviert bekommt, nämlich in einem Getränkepappbecher. da wir uns nicht entscheiden konnten, welche Würzung wir bei den Pommes nehmen sollen, hat uns die Bedienung einfach beide gegeben (Five Guys Style und Cajun Style) — sehr leckere Pommes.
Im Lokal steht ein großer Karton mit Erdnüssen, hier kann man sich selber bedienen.
War ein sehr ungewöhnliches Burger-​Erlebnis und sehr, sehr lecker. Aber wie gesagt, preislich schon mal né Hausnummer.

I was not expecting this to be a good location. I’ve eaten at 5 Guys in the DC area and at another location in Naples. This is the most convenient for me and it was getting late so we went with it. It was my best 5 guys experience yet. The burgers were FANTASTIC. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The place was pretty cleaned and all the workers were wearing gloves. Even though this might not be considered the best part of Naples — this is a great place to grab a burger. Do not hesitate.

Overall experience, just alright. Walked in around 830 and the place was empty. Ordered slowly, bc I know you have to say EXACTLY what you would like on your burger, tipped the boy and sat down. The group of twenty something guys who work there are always somewhat rude. Except for a few. Slamming metal chairs around while sweeping while I’m trying to eat isn’t exactly polite. Somehow the one nice guy in the joint, the one who took my order, misheard me somehow and I didn’t get bacon on my burger… no biggie. He never charged me for it. It would’ve been better with the bacon too. Fries were way overcooked this time, this usually happens 50% of the time lol. I always come back cuz the burgers are great. Next time I’ll

Do yourself a favour if you’re not already a fan. Give five guys a try. All burgers are cooked to order, whilst you eat the complimentary peanuts. One portion of medium fries is good enough for two to share. Just in a different league to other fast food burger names. We love ‘em!

Yum! Great burgers & fries!

As we trolled Naples on vacation, we were thrilled when we happened upon their Five Guys burger joint, as this is one of my favorite burger stops at home. Burgers cooked and topped to order — the sauteed onions and peppers are outstanding. Pair that with their perfectly cooked french fries and you have a meal fit for a king — or at least for five guys!
