Dunkin’ Donuts

Unacceptable service. You had a drive thru woman freaking out on a customer, the food took too long and was utterly disgusting. I will be calling corporate. 0 stars.

Pros: this location has a drive thru and is not too far from Vanderbilt beach if you’re looking to grab some coffee before your beach trip. Fairly quick service through their crowded drive thru.
Cons: not a lot of parking and a prime location makes maneuvering to this Dunkin a little more complicated than it should be. The drive thru takes up most of the parking lot space, making it hard to get in/​out of the parking lot spaces and into the lot.
Pro tip: park at one of the lots behind or next to the Dunkin and walk on over to make getting in and out a little easier.

I have to review this particular location because it’s the one I frequent the most because of where I live. I’ll preface this review by saying I’m a hardcore Dunkin coffee girl. Two a day… MINIMUM. And that’s just for me! I usually buy 2 – 4 more for my daughter, mother and father! It’s really kinda insane to be honest with you.
In the beginning, I had a rough time at this location. They never seemed to get my coffees right nor my food order. I did complain a bit and things started to get better. What I really noticed was once they seemed to settle in with a pretty steady staff, things got much better!
I’m such a regular there that when they see my car pull in they have my order ready for me most times. They are really nice, super talkative, mindful of my order and I really actually ENJOY seeing these kids everyday!
Artemio, Kelli, Patrick, Lilli and Wendy are awesome! Tell them the next time you see them that Marci (medium hot coffee with extra cream) said so!

LOCATION
This location is stupid hard to get in and out of their parking lot. They do have a drive through. It’s just big enough to pack everything in there.
DONUTS
I don’t think «Dunkin’ Dounut’s» in general are all that great. They are sort of totally on the opposite side of the spectrum from super sugary krispy kreme. They are sort of bland and have just enough topping to make them eatable.
COFFEE
??? I’m not a coffee drinker but I have heard that is where they make all their money. They sell the K packs here.
