Cindy’s is one of the few places in Naples that sells fresh, home made grape pies. She sells them straight out of her home. As you approach her door, you will catch the scent of freshly baked pies. Having tried the other known pie places, Cindy’s is probably my favorite. The pies are delicious but most importantly they treat you like you’re family. Definitely will be coming back the next time I’m by Keuka Lake.

Interesting set-up. Ring the doorbell and she comes to the door. The list of pies available is right there. The price seemed a bit high but the pie was tasty. The crust on the cherry pie we bought was very good — you can tell it was made with lard. The cherry filling did taste like it was canned so that was disappointing. We thought that the topping would be more a crumble than a crumb but that was our misinterpretation. Cindy should consider doing some crumbles…

Absolutely the best. I’m from the deep south and we set great store in our homemade pies and cakes. I hate to admit it, but Cindy’s pie crust is one of the best I have ever eaten. I always take pies home(Georgia/Alabama/Mississippi) to share with my friends and family and they all rave about her pies. I’ve tried some of her other pies(mixed berry, raspberry, apple) and they are all great. I’m planning a trip south, and everyone keeps telling me to wait until pie season so I can bring them their favorite pies.

It was my first time in the Naples area and we saw a sign for Cindy’s pies and stopped by. I bought a cherry crumb pie and some grape cookies and I can tell you they were AMAZING! Home made crust and nice balance of tartness and sweetness and just plain good. Such a sweet woman and a cute counter space. This is a must if you are in the area. It is cash only.

The one thing that makes this place stand out from the other pie places in the area is that they still make the crust by hand so you can taste the buttery goodness in every bite! I learned that some of the other places have now resorted to using pre-made frozen pie shells now… boo on them! Cindy’s grape pie has the the nice balance of sweet tart and it’s jammy enough so that the filling is moist but not so moist that it makes the under crust soggy. CASHONLY!
