Great customer service! Greeted with a Hello, informed on the promotions by both staff members, although I had to wait for check out, I figured it was due to the time of the day, not expected to be busy at all. But still great experience!

Went to this place in August when I was visiting family down here. I had such a good experience that when I moved down to Naples to finish my senior year of high school I chose Charming Charlie’s for my graduation dress. Dresses were so cheap I got two of them because I couldn’t pick which one I liked more. Excellent staff and friendly too which can be hard to find especially at the Mercato. They helped me with my entire look from shoes to dress to jewelry this place is a great choice for weddings, graduations, or even the smallest of events. Also can I just mention how nice it is that the entire store is color coded, so you know exactly where to go for the color you’re looking for? Yes? Ok!

Great for your cheap and trendy jewelry and accessory needs. Always fun to come and shop here. I was able to pick up a cute clutch before a wedding and had so many compliments on it. You do need to look over the item you want to take home as many items aren’t in perfect shape (missing stones in jewelry, etc).

Love this place. My first experience with a CC was this location nearly 3 yrs ago. Loved it then. Love it now. Unbelievable prices. Spent money I hadn’t planned on. Loved overhearing a more senior couple having their first experience in a CC. They were saying how could any store sell for those prices! Only issue was that not everything on special sale was marked. I absolutely would have bought more if all sale items were indicated.

Say what??? Affordable jewelry in Naples FL??? Okay so I guess this place is a chain that i just discovered. This place is definitely the shop to get cute, glam accessories. I spent a pretty penny of lots of goodies and don’t feel the least bit quilty about it!!! This store is dangerous!

Cute but cheap costume jewelry and accessories — nothing fancy here, but fun to look around and buy some stuff that you won’t care if it falls apart after a few times wearing it.
Everything is separated by color, which makes things very easy to find especially if you have a certain something in mind.
Parking at Mercato is the absolute worst, so don’t be surprised if you don’t find a spot close to the entrance.
If you have young girls, this will probably be their paradise.

Today was my first time in this store with my family, and they have the WORST Costumer Service. I was not greeted at the door, or asked if I needed help. When I asked for help the sales associate told me she was not punched in yet. As I waited, she proceeded to do other things, and ignore me. I put down the merchandise and walked out, my mom asked why I left and explained the sales associates behavior. My mom walked back in to speak to the manager and explained what happened. All sales associates became very defensive and argumentative. The best the Manager could do was give us a 20−25% off coupon and stated «She could use it if she wants or throw it away.» that statement in its self was unnecessary. I have worked in retail before and I would have never treated anyone like that. They have lost a customer for life, I will never go back to any Charming Charlies again.

Come jewelry lovers on a budget. This place is big, spacious, clean, has purses, sundresses, hats, sun glasses and watches.
You do not expect this place to have such reasonable prices being in Mercato. Great place for fun shopping with the girls, killing time and searching for unusual gifts.
Leave your hubby home, you do not want him to hold you back. Have plenty of time to walk around with no pressures so leave your kids home too, so you have 2 hands free to get into the goods.
It is also not full of old lady stuff like other competitors, give this a try, I am glad I did.
Oh, they stay open late so you can browse with your sugar daddy after a nice dinner around the corner. But like I said, try to dump him outside on a bench so you have freedom to spread your wings.
Remember: Shopping is an art form and like any art, it takes time and great effort! Practice, practice, practice!
