Pacific Kitchen and Home located at Best Buy: Naples Blvd. Naples, Florida What a surprise to find a knowledgeable, experienced salesperson to help with the selection of a new Dishwasher. After reading the negative reviews about appliance stores and departments, by chance we found Gary Lower, experienced, honest, helpful and pleasant to talk with. He explained about Pacific Sales and the commitment to good customer service. In conclusion, our visit to this Appliance Department at Best Buy was very positive and we now own a new dishwasher.

Can’t say enough about the service I got while I was here. Edwin in the main store is a floor manager I think, and answered a whole bunch of my questions. When i got way technical, he took me to the Magnolia section of the store. This is for high end and custom installs. If you can imagine it, they have it here. Anyway, Edwin passed me on to Josh, who works in the Magnolia store within the store. Again, excellent advice, and spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining what I needed to know. On the whole, I would strongly recommend you go here for any of your electronic needs.

Horrible experience will close my best buy card and never shop here again. Bought a tv and returned next day. Gave me a hassle after I decided to get a bigger tv. TV I wanted they had but dug it up out the back room. Did some price shopping and they said it wasn’t cheaper at hhgregg. Got my money back after an hour of dickering around and went to hhgregg. Got same tv for $ 100 less and customer service was a lot better.

Came in here shopping for an Android tablet or iPad. It didn’t take long to get a staff person to help me. I asked a few technical questions, and he bent down to look at the little info/price cards on each device in an attempt to answer my question. Wow, even I can do that. Besides, I already read all the info and needed some other answers. Like a deer in the headlights, he appeared to disappear for a few seconds as if he was waiting for a bus or something. After about 5 minutes(seemed like an eternity) of trying to get a few answers from him, I told him that I needed to run. This is so typical of BB these days. I guess it’s back to Google for my information gathering.
