Baci Pizza & Ristorante

The pizza was pretty good. Sauce a little more sweet than we like but over all a decent pie. The BIG problem with this place is delivery. If you have a couple of hours to wait, go for it. If you want you pizza in under 90 minutes look elsewhere or pick up. We placed a order through the website. Was told it would be an hour. Tried to call and tell them we would just pick it up but no one ever answered the phone. Just rolled to a full mailbox. After 45 minutes got a text message from the website that it would be delivered at the 1 hour mark. After 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting I tried calling again. Still nothing. So I drove down to the restaurant and was told the pizza was just sent out for delivery. I asked what happened? We had been waiting and couldn’t get through. A man said their computer system had crashed and they didn’t have any addresses or phone numbers to call people and it also controlled their phone system. Dubious story as the delivery driver just said it was a busy night when he was asked why it took so long. May try again but NEVER do delivery from this place.

Visiting my grand parents in Naples from New York, I was so happy to find real pizza. The owner is from Brooklyn and his wife from Staten Island– you can’t beat the flavor and price! I am definitely going back before I head home

The best in Naples!!! This from a Jersey guy who knows zit. If you order and want it delivered, fuhgeddaboudit. Pick it up yourself. Call Dominos if you want to stay on the couch.

I had placed an order for delivery through
, it said my order was received and after waiting for over an hour and expecting to receive my food, I get a notification that my order was cancelled by request of the restaurant. Disappointed… never ordering from here.

We got delivery and didn’t even bring me what I ordered!!! I ordered veal sorrentino they gave me chicken sorrentino… I called them and they were like of we were out of veal!!! SOooo you just give me anything without calling and asking??? thankfully I liked it! didn’t even offer to bring me something else or apologize!!! don’t think I will be back

Unfortunately they «didn’t have calimari today» And they «couldn’t deliver today» for some reason. I live fairly close so I was excited about a new Italian spot that would make me feel at home…
Never did the deli on queens not have calimari lol but all puns aside I’ll give t another shot someday, hopefully though it is the right «day»

I appreciate this place for the people and the food. The nicest people you could ever meet. You walk in and they really want to make you feel comfortable and at home. What I appreciate the most is that they make just about everything from scratch. That the food is made to order, hence the time it takes for you to get your food and when you do, it is piping hot and fresh. We have had the pizzas, pastas, and heroes and they’re all fresh and delicious. What they lack in «ambience» they truly make up for with their no-​nonesense and genuine attitude and hospitality. If you want great, fresh, hot and delicious food and a casual, unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere, get out of your house and sit and experience some great food and meet some really down-​to-​earth people who love what they do. Prices and portions are great too!

So looking around for pizza Baci shows up on my search nearby. so we stop in for some. Yes it is a hole in the wall but sometimes those are the best places!
First Frank and Maria gave us a nice hello and welcome. so we start to order and they asked how we found them– Unilocal I explained. And then they gave a sample of some Sicilian cheese pizza. that was very good!
So we order some new yawk style pizza and some garlic bread, Frank explains that they make their own bread and yes it tastes awesome!
Since they just started opening on Sundays for season it wasn’t very busy, but I definitely suggest you come by and try it for yourself you will not be disappointed!
I will drive farther down 41 now for their pizza!

I wanted to try their food for the first time. I ordered for delivery and they said it would be 40 – 45 minutes… After an hour, I called to see if there was something wrong with my order. They said the driver had not come back from previous delivery and it would be another 10 – 15 min. I call back 30 minutes later and the owner/​manager (older mans voice) said that he had just left with my order. I was so upset I cancelled the order. He replied to me «What? You couldn’t wait? Are you in that much of a hurry??» PLEASE!!! Here is an example where horrible customer service can and will kill a business.
For that reason… I’m out!!!

Placed an order for delivery via GrubHub and couldn’t be more ecstatic! The food is awesome, and delivery time was good. Ordered the meat pie and was shocked at the size. It was HUGE! I can eat almost a large crap pizza like Papa Johns, but was struggling to eat more than one piece of the meat pie. Will absolutely order again and will be a repeat customer!

Best Pizza in Naples, small little restaurant, BUT HUGE flavor in the food! Do NOT miss this place!
Prices are very reasonable!
