These guys were great. I was looking for a washing machine about six weeks ago, and I wanted to shop locally rather than at a big-​box retailer. I bought a pretty basic GE unit from them. The whole process was painless. The price was good, and they threw in a free three-​year warranty. Delivery and installation were quick and cheap. Even though I wasn’t buying one of their specialty high-​end appliances, they treated me like I was.
Sadly, they became another casualty of the weak economy and went out of business last week after more than 60 years serving Naperville.

I’ve purchased two refrigerators and two washer/​dryer sets from them — so far. They’ve been owned by the Wehrli family for many years — I think since the 30s — and we’ve compared prices and they always win. Take the lowest price you can find, and they’ll reduce it. Discount if you write a check (or should I say, they tack on the credit card fee if you use plastic). The installation guys are really cool. The showroom features the best — Viking, Subzero, Fisher-​Paykel, etc.
