Do not go here. They will not supply you the contract you signed. They will not supply the perks you signed up with that you were supposed to get. The glasses they sell you will break. They charged me $ 10 to change credit card numbers. They do not return phone calls. The manager is never there, and will never call you back. They have very weak standup booths. Only one works #11. And, I can’t figure out their cancellation policy and neither can the girl who works there. Just stay away… it may be convenient but it’s an awful business, and should be reported to the BBB. And, when I told them so, the girl got upset with me.

Got the Groupon from them and the sales woman there pushed us to upgrade. Told us it would be around $ 61 total with the Groupon. Well a couple weeks later we looked at our credit card bill when it came in the mail… and they actually charged us $ 61 on top of the Groupon for a total of $ 91. Was nice about it and went in their to talk to them. Manager even called the owner. And the owner said because I had been tanning already, it was my fault and that we were charged properly. Even though the woman there told me it would be $ 61 total, they over charged us and wouldn’t give us a refund.
My recommendation: Get all pricing in writing and check with your credit card company as soon as possible. They will charge you what they want, even though they tell you differently. And don’t use the Groupon… the beds they give you for that deal are terrible… they even told us that.

Just tried this place for the first time. The girl at the front was extremely helpful. She let me know all the specials that were currently going on. There’s for new members: groupon for about $ 30 for 10 gold tans and new members one week straight free gold tans and 25% off lotions. I tried the gold level and the bed was kind of old looking but it did the job. They have a wide selection of lotions, jwoww brand is my favorite and they sell it here. Not many beds but they were all available– I went on a Wednesday around 3. Clean and nice place just really expensive. Way more compared to other salons and they even charge for disposable eye guards. You get what you pay for though!

Really kinda bummed.
The girl I had really liked who worked there, Doesn’t anymore. So that kinda sucked after i had already purchased a package and minutes. Because the people who I’ve seen work there now weren’t as nice or helpful. It wasn’t just a walk in and tan, I now started having to wait quite a while. And The spray machine does always break, There’s always problems with the lights in the room. It’s too dark to see in there. And the machine is self, Either doesn’t have any solution in it. so it’s a waste of tan. Or there is too much and it spits out at you, causing bleeding of the bronzer that dries in splotches before you are even able to get out and dry off. I do really like their beds though. I like the facial tanner one, even though it’s not in a room and people can stare at me while trying to get some color… and I really like the sun board bed. I have high anxiety. And I’ve never known any other tanning salon to have a open tanning bed, that you lay in like a big sun chair. It never get’s really hot because there are a lot of fans that blow on you. It’s very comfortable. It’s easy to tan and I was scared at first, But it’s really easy. And they sell really great tanning products to get you dark or your teeth white!

The staff here is really nice and helpful but the company needs to have 2 people working. This place backs up like crazy and with the spray machine breaking all the time it really makes getting my (spray) tan on, unenjoyable.
Before going on vacation I took my BF to spray there and for just him to spray it took an hour and 15 minutes because the spray machine broke while a girl was in there… she then came out wrapped in nothing but a towel with the barrier goop all over her hands and feet. I’m sure she was humiliated and the rest of the people waiting were pissed about having to wait so long for a machine that’s been faulty for years.
