If you see in the previous post, I rated the UPS Store that I visited in the city of Chicago as a zero. But I just recently visited the Naperville location off of 75th and the customer service was outstanding. Luckily this UPS Store was a lot closer to my home and I had the same issue had a box with no tape on it, before I even said anything the girl offered to pack it up for me. Her demeanor was so pleasant that I even thought about recruiting her to work for my company but it look like her boss was sitting at the desk. Very happy with my service

I brought a box to be delivered with«fragile» stickers affixed in three places. I was greeted by the same unfriendly owner who made no eye contact, weighed and scanned the parcel and proceeded to toss it on the floor. Ouch. This is not the first time that I was treated rudely, but it is the last time that i will ever set foot in that business.

Had to send important papers to the military. They don’t understand address for any military bases. Useless. They sent my envelope back and never called to tell me it came in. Because they couldn’t figure it out they won’t give me a refund when I did first class shipping. People are useless, not intelligent, minimal work, lazy, and inconsiderate. All employees need to get their heads out of their asses.

I see why there is only one star for this ups store. Says they open at 8am on Saturday. I’m here at 8:05 and the door is still locked. Guess they don’t need customers…

I have been a loyal business customer here for over 8 years. The owner knows our family as my youngest daughter worked there part time for 2 years. My oldest daughter, 23, is moving to Seattle and went there to ship a very special painting she had done from an old building’s window pane, it was the skyline of Chicago as a memento to remember chicago. Shawn, the owner packed it for her, it was over 186.00 to ship. She purchased the insurance. He didn’t pack it correctly and when her roomate opened it it was destroyed it is an apartment and there is a dog. Pictures were taken with dates but since it was in chards of glass it was thrown out. UPS and Shawn will not cover the shipping cost let alone the cost of the painting. She is very upset. The fact that the owner knows us and knows this is not a scam is simply unacceptable. I will tell my 2 neighbors who use this store for their business and ask them to go elsewhere. Is will post on Facebook as well. Please do not support this store.
