I go to this location very often since I attend the high school right by 95th. The staff at this location are very friendly and are helpful to assisting you with any questions. I haven’t had a single problem with any of my drinks for the past year I have been here. Staff are very considerate and will fix any flaws in your drink to your liking. This location has fixed their fruit fly issue and since then the restaurant has stayed very clean!

I just left this location and while my drink and frosted snowman cookie are great as usual, my experience there was soured by the rude employee I had to deal with in the drive-thru. Robin is her name. I pulled up to the window after placing my order and waiting ten minutes to finally get up to the window and decided to do a good deed and pay for the person behind me’s order. I asked her when I pulled up if that’d be okay and she looked at me like I was doing something that was so inconvenient and such a hassle for her to do and made a remark along the lines of «well can I just do yours first?» I’d be okay with that kind of response normally, but the attitude and the snotty facial expression were not necessary. I’m very displeased with my experience here as a whole and will have to contemplate whether to return to this location. I usually only stop here on my way to my boyfriend’s in Lockport, so I think I’ll be going out of my way and going to the Lockport location on 159th street when that situation arises. I wish I could say this is my first time dealing with long wait times and snotty employees here, but it isn’t.

Love Starbucks. Attend high school down the street and come here often with friends. Staff is pretty friendly, but some days they have attitude that I don’t really appreciate. My reason for marking this place down a star is because of the wait; not the fact that when it’s crowded the wait is longer, I understand that completely. But when I’m trying to get breakfast to school at 7:00AM in a rush, it’s annoying when a sloppily dressed mom walks in and gets her coffee before heating up my sandwich. Overall, nice place to grab a drink once and a while.

Omg i just give up here. I thought I was giving this place the benefit of the doubt by going on a Sunday thinking my drink was just made bad because they were busy, so I decided to try again this morning. Wrong. I waited in the drive thru line for 17(yes, I counted) minutes. I finally get my psl and SURPRISE. It tasted like absolute garbage AGAIN. Annoyed, I went into the store and was super nice, even though I wanted to be a complete(insert it here) because this was now the second day in a row they gave me a disgusting drink and I sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes waiting for it. However, I realized it may not have been the persons fault that I was about to scream at, so I kept my cool and just explained that my drink didn’t taste right. She got an attitude with me right away and angrily made me a new drink, which still didn’t taste how it was supposed to. Seriously, I just give up with this location.

I used to have great experiences at this location however today was a mess. I walked in at 5:50 and ordered two drinks. My first drink was ready by 5:55. I patiently waited for my second drink and watched as people came in and out and I still hadn’t gotten my second drink. I could tell some of the people working there were new so I wanted to cut them some slack and be a bit more patient. Before I knew it, it was 6:15 and I was still standing there. I finally spoke up and they were like«oh what did you order?» And proceeded to quickly make my drink. I’ve never experienced that type of service at any Starbucks and seeing as though the old employees have been replaced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anymore.

Drink came back tasting«burnt» — I handed it to the associate at the window who walked over to the woman who made it. I heard her say the customer said it tasted bitter and burnt. «Burnt? What does she expect me to do about that?» What I expected for my Five Dollar coffee was for it to taste the way it tastes at all the other Starbucks. Not worth arguing about at the window — took my drink and said, I would air my grievance here.

By far the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks. The staff stood around talking while a line was forming. 6 people behind the counter, 3 working the drive thru, 3 ignoring the counter, cleaning, and talking. Then, after standing at the register being ignored for 5 minutes, one of the baristas asked the gentleman behind me if he wanted the regular. My order had not even been taken yet. Very disappointing.

Speedy and friendly drive-thru service. My caramel brulee latte was hot and tasted great! Not the most convenient location. especially if you are heading north on Route 59. It’s in a strip mall. So if you’re in a rush to get to work, it’ll take a minute to get through the extra traffic light and slow traffic around the strip. Not my favorite location, but it does the job!

C’mon! Been going here every day this weekend and everyday one of their iPhone app scanners doesn’t work. Now you’d think they’d be smart enough to open the register that has the scanner that works. Nope. So when I went for a walk today with only my phone, guess what. Additionally when I brought the issue to their attention the cashier says«I’m just a cashier. I don’t make those decisions.» c’mon. This is the first sign that a customer service business is going downhill, when an employee feels they can’t make decisions to help the customer! I was correct in November. Adam K. responded to my critique in an insulting and unprofessional manner. I can see he is a problem and needs to be terminated!
